They only bring change only 4 sai.

The changes they make are very limited. Not even that significant. They forcefully fitted Sai and Virat into doing things that is so out of their character. Rono and Virat are not the same, nor are Sai and Imon.

Makers force the character into doing things just for the sake 'remake' excuse.

The problem is in most serials, most tracks have closure for such tracks where there's firm action. Maybe the character is back but they receive a threat, or jail or even ostracism from family. So the message is you have to face consequences for your action. For eg: Omi...what role does he have ..he could've gone to jail for forgery.

End of every track, everything goes on as usual. There's no growth in any character, including the leads. So everyone gets away with everything.

Anyway I have filed the complaint too . Hope it works but I doubt it does . There was one show na Anna where the the main antagonist assaulted women forced them to sleep with other men and character-shamed women. The show ran for years and they whitewashed the antagonist and made her the lead of the show by killing the fl and ml leads.The show topped the trp charts. I hope things have changed now

All these things are really common in ITV. Even now we have shows that get a rape victim married to her abuser or let the abusive ML go scot free. I don't think all these complaints would really do anything, especially since it is a top TRP show.

Showing child marriage is not wrong, but normalising, not calling it out is and I feel barrister babu did good job at it. Balika Vadu, I feel they handled it much better than Ghum has. It wwasn't sickening like this, there was a balance.

PPK case was different. There a child was involved. So they might have been forced to take action. But here they are showing something that happens in many shows. Only difference is that there the villains get called out and punished while here they are respected as ghar ke bade. Also the abuse here happens on a daily basis. I would be really happy if they cut down the toxicity but I don't have much hope.

Barrister is show in the era when such things Did happen and Anirudh is trying to bring the change... They are justifying and being right si in that show.

Balika vadhu also same thing... Things changed organically... And it always ended with a social msg. Made sense for the time when the show came on air.

With ghum, there is no change in anyone, no growth per sa, no specific reason either for the screech match that is streached for a week.

That does need modification. In can't really see any reason for the behaviour of most ppl...

They are like ppl stuck in time loop.... Same thing every week.

Exactly here the criminals are getting free pass with "Jazbaat se pehle farz" IPS officer, with his "main aapko samjhta hun" dialogue for committing heinous crimes. The other woman does not get exposed at all. So the point here is not the abuse, but the free pass to the abusers to do it daily that is to be questioned.

Exactly there is a gradual change in the show and there are people standing against, fighting against the crimes, the abuse.Atleast the leads are shown to be doing that. Here within minutes they are given free pass to continue with sh*t on a daily basis.. No break from toxicity.
