The new mullai is a gud actress. But dont know why I cant enjoy KM scenes now.

Talking abt the pre wedding episode.

I loved the director Brilliance that showed, who ever leaves mullai ,kathir will always be there for her, in the 1st or 2nd epi itself.

Her family dint take her fr the function. She pleaded with moorthy family. They too left her. But look how even aftr having so much hatred fr her, kathir just cudnt say no to giving her a lift., could he?!

Sucha pure soul! Why dint mullai recognize this earlier itself. 😔

And compared to rishita, mullai was a little harsh towards kathir.

I guess it is the power of perception… when I was started watching I was least bit invested- I used to ff so many scenes. Now after falling in love with all the characters, I am unable to skip any scene. I am noticing so many things I did not notice at first.

Without the background of the kids stories, they set up the characters of Dhanam and Moorthy so well and within the first 3 episodes itself they established how Dhanam is a mother to the three boys. Somehow it took me seeing the PS kichdi to appreciate this 🤣

Is there any scene in the OG were Kathir is in jail and is beaten up real bad?

I was watching a vm on KM and saw that mullai was crying uncontrollably.

Mullai in the beginning is very hostile towards Kathir. I think it goes on for a few months in the story timeline (forget how many episodes). Kathir is equally hostile and detached. They have nasty fights. They taunt each other.

I think that works well for the story they were trying to portray in the OG. ShiVi blow hot and cold- one day they are all over each other, the next day they lash out on each other.

KMs graph is linear- they had outright hate, distrust and disgust in the beginning. Mullai had these very convincing expressions of her disgust for his clothes, his attitude, his education. But ohh boy when they change over time, they sweep you off your feet. Something like river building up momentum before a flood, they have very few words and actions just after the marriage, and as the months progress, you just can’t get enough of them 🤣

At this point, I would say the OG and the Hindi version are two different stories. They are similar but their vibe is completely different. It helps to think of ShiVi as a completely different story. They are a physical and emotional mess that need to be untangled.

KM were more like two magnets with opposite poles at a large distance. Initially inching slowly towards each other, and once they were in each other’s fields they were pulled right in 😆

I only saw until episode 400- in those episodes only Kannan(Krish) goes to jail and gets beaten up.

Not sure if anything happened after episode 400

Yes, there is such a scene. Mullai's dad borrows money from a moneylender and is unable to repay. The moneylender comes to their house to collect the money and insults both Mullai and her mother. Kathir slaps him. He is a corrupt guy who knows an equally bad police officer, so he gives a complaint against kathir. Kathir is arrested, and later janardhan helps his brothers in bailing him out. KM have a mini separation at that point.

That track was a very emotional and beautiful one for KM❤️

I am missing Kathir, Meena, Jeevan.

I really don't like the sangam episodes.

I also don't know why, I don't like Aishwarya character. I prefer Meena to her. At first I was irritated with Meena a lot but over the time her character had seen so much growth. Now, I like Meena too.

If Kathir and Mullai pair leaves you all warm and thousand heart then Meena-Jeeva's banter leaves you laughing.

Agree! I don't care much for Aishwarya or Kannan-Aishwarya either. I only enjoy KM and JM 😆

Hey guys.

Pandya stores seems going in an entirely different way.

Looks interesting though.

They brought in Raavi's bday so early.

Shiva at the moment cant see anything other than that kangan. Kangan seems 1st priority.

Hopefully Raavi doesn't forgive easily.

I like their going in a different way. But I do have problem with Shiva taking Raavi for granted. Not just in this track, but the way he manhandled her. Holds her in a harsh way. Arggh!!

I dont knw but I dont think girls can fall for a guy who treats her this way. Even if hes good hearted inside or not. One scene hes rude to her and then he is gentle. But that doesn't change the fact he treats her in a bad way while hes angry or in bad mood.

In the original, Mullai fell for Kathir realising that hes the entire opposite of what she thought or misunderstood him to be.

That's why we can relate with her. The way Kathir treats her is with atmost respect.

The process of she realising how a gud person kathir was so beautifully portrayed.

The only thing I'm liking at the moment is tht raavi took a stand for herself!!

So happy for that. And hopefully she doesn't forgive shiva easily this time.

But now km magic is totally missing. I stopped watching it long time back.
