Yep the South Delhi part did sound sarcastic but then its true, Sarla does flaunt herself that way. If she believes herself to be so modern and all she should accept what happened to Sonu.

But from the sneak peek I expected Ishqi to be more tactful than shout like this.Like she behaved with Sarla in the beginning episodes. Sarla won't understand all this easily. But then it was high time someone gave back to Sarla. I was kinda tired of everyone trying to adjust everything according to her so that she doesn't feel bad

She understands that she is not financially equipped to fight Ahaan. We need to understand that these sentiments of revenge are for the rich, not for the poor, they generally don't have the power to harm the rich.

Thats why I felt it was a tricky situation. I won't mind it either way. Because this ritual isn't something harmful or humiliating, its just a ritual to be followed. So Ishqi can do it if it just makes others relieved. But then if one doesn't believe in all this its difficult. If she thinks usko ye nahi karna toh she shouldn't be forced either. I won't blame her either way.

Also, I think the major reason is she was overpowered by her feelings for him. Even in today's episode, she was worried that Ahaan may doubt her/ be mad at her. Seems like all her fighter mode for self respect turns off with Ahaan now.

To instigate, yes; but the ultimate goal will fail for now. Ahaan already knows this and he knows it as her flaw - so he will explain and she will understand eventually. I am sure she will agree to marrying a tree for him also - not because she agrees with this but because she values his thoughts. So this will be like a balance I think for upcoming episode.

Thats what basically happens in every house hold. I think all this marrying a tree thing is only a gimmick that Pandits do to earn more money. It shouldn't be taken so seriously. (Though it is out of my character, but maybe I too will go ahead with it)

No I meant, she should have blurted out the truth to Ahaan instead of going through all this for 6 months. She staying silent during wedding was fine but after that when Ahaan asked her she could have told him the truth. Bass zabardasti abla nari bann gayi voh😆
