Rape is a pretty elaborated offence but even if we don't put the rape charge considering no penetration/attempt to penetrate ( there are several factors and this is one ), he would be guilty of outgraging a woman's modesty, spiking the drink, clicking pictures, blackmailing etc. There would be numerous charges.
