If he actually faked his death, he cannot be a positive character and the article says he is grey anyway. Its possible that the rumor was he met with an accident, and his face was mutilated beyond recognition so the dead body that was handed over to D's was not his.. but the reason he could've faked his own death.. is what's puzzling. Maybe he got involved in some shady dealings to save DSE from financial loss.. they threatened him, kidnapped him but somehow he managed to escape.. and remained underground to remain off their radar..

I was clinging onto ittu sa hope of positive Mandaar, but now that we know he's not gonna be, I'm having fun with wild speculations.

I'm currently running with the theory that he wanted to get out of Deshmukh toxicity (Sharda told us before that him and Vijay had issues), so he manufactured a situation that would make Vijay tell him to tend to emergency, and took the opportunity to vanish, leaving enough evidence behind that he's dead, and is off living the good life now. Maybe that's where he bumped into Ved, since him and Ved must have met after Raghav and Ved had the falling out, warna why would only Ved recognize him but not Raghav?

And it's possible he's going by a different surname now, and has only shown Ved a random picture of his mom, which is why Ved is all, "Pallavi Mandaar ki mom ko kaise jaanti hai?" If Ved knew Mandaar before he disappeared, would he not know ki Mandaar's family runs owns DSE, which is where he pretended to work with Pallavi?

And to take it one step further, Nikhil found out too, and was like, yep, Dada has the right idea. My father truly is sanki. Dada toh fake death kar ke nikal liye, Di ne shaadi kar li, ab main bhi gaayab ho jaata hun.

This is fun,isn't it? Ashi no matter how much toxic a family is, or how deep the issues run with his father, disappearing like that on those grounds and that too on one's wedding day makes no sense. If he was indeed in love with Pallavi or had even the slightest of feelings for her, why would he abandon her like that on their wedding day? My theory of how Ved knows him and not Raghav..actually we don't even know if Raghav doesn't know him coz as per the promo he does..We know that Ved was doing illegal drug business without Raghav's knowledge so its possible that he dealt with people who Raghav didn't know or maybe he introduced him to Raghav as someone else with a false identity. I have a feeling that both Ved and Mandhar were involved in some illegal drug cartel.. Ved got arrested because of Raghav and Mandhar went underground..

I agree, Nikhil is running the show back home but this VD has to put up his sarees on the street. He's such a loser, not because he's selling on the streets, no. He's a loser because he is just causing drama when they already have a shop. He also has an online platform and he has his home, he can be selling from there. But he want's to put up that drama of "hum gareeb hai toh kya hua, izzat wale hai". He's such a loser.

But for all of Vijay's claims of 'mera ghar', woh ghar Nikhil chala raha hai. While Vijay is off selling a sari or two on the road, Nikhil is running DSE with Krishna, which allowed him to buy groceries when Sulochana cut off kitchen access for Vijay, Sharda and Nikhil. So, the house as a whole is being funded by Nikhil and Milind. Koi Vijay ko ghar se nikaalo.

Arrey haan haan, it's all good fun and general wish fulfilment on my part. My logic is, jab tak show ka 'maha khulasa' nahi hota, every theory is equally valid, so I'm having my fun with the wildest, craziest speculation. Itni crack nahi hui main abhi 🤣

Like I'd love for this to happen, because Vijay ka chehra dekhne laayak hoga, but I am not legitimately speculating this. The only part I'm genuinely a bit convinced on is that he might have faked his own death. Baaki sab wild fantasies.
