Iss merger me bahut obstructions aane wale hai....bcz zee & viacom18 both are big players in india nd if merger happens then it creates case of monopoly so agar inka merger aapas aage bhi jaaye toh govt will reject the idea of merger bcz of monopoly

I personally wanted a merge between Sony and Zee as it would have made Zee a lot more wider and bigger. But merge between Viacom and Zee which means they will have to axe any of the channel from Zee and Colors. But i think its better if Zee remains a hindi GEC and Colors brand serve premium audience like Sony tv.
