Yea I agree. It reminded me of old dramas during lates 2000s or early 2010s from Indian channels. They usually came in evening n were trying to attract a younger audience. Idk if tht worked cause I thought they were stupid.

Did u ever watch Shararat? It was one of those tries at a "youth-oriented" drama from star and I loved it.

But it more so gives me vibes of those weird sabtv shows like Baalveer. God I couldn't stand that show, it was so generic.

Oh I used to watch shararat n used to love it. Me n my mom would watch it together. I think last month, me n my mom watched it again for some memories. I used to have a crush on shruti seth who played jiya😆. Also nani was my fav 😊

I didn’t mean shararat though, there were some sony n star one n zee tv dramas tht were like this I don’t remember em completely.

Also isn’t balveer still going?

Yess it was a good show. I loved it

Yeah I remember STAR One especially. It was like the hub of youth dramas (my favorite being Dill Mill Gayye). I remember watching this other show Aladdin on ZEE as a kid and i enjoyed it but i tried rewatching a while ago and it was so cringy 🤣

Yea a lot of dramas from when we all were younger don’t hold up as well. Only those that were truly spectacular still hold up like sarabhai vs sarabhai.

You just made me want to see shararat again. Time to binge all those episodes.😆
