I rewatched precap and it feels Ishqi actually filed an FIR against Mayank.

Ishqi's dialogues "Muze nai pata ye baat samne kaise aayi"

She did not say, she did not file a complaint. She is saying something like it shouldn't have come out. She might have thought it would stay with the police and is confidential. Nothing will come out in front of everyone like this but it did. Rhea might have used it against Ishqi.
