The new promo is regressive. Cooking is a skill that people should learn irrespective of gender because that helps in tough times. But no woman should be shamed for not knowing it. That s misogynistic thought process that a woman who does not know how to cook is good for nothing. Plus Kavya had lived most of life alone i am sure she knows how manage a house

In all this the main culprit that is vanraj gets away without any heat.

True and what is this Baas taunt ki Aa gaye Anupama ko kiraye daar which she is not… now Kavya is Legally the daughter in law of that house… and Kavya do know how to cook… just that she is not good with Indian food I think… she baked cake for Pakhi on her birthday… then she used to cook pasta pizza and all…

So I don’t know why they are comparing them.. It’s like comparing Anupama with Kavya for office work that Kavya does where Anupama will not succeed… So illogical comparison….

I agree.

A woman's life isn't around cooking and kitchen. If a woman doesn't know how to cook then it doesn't mean that she is good for nothing.

Food is a basic need of survival and cooking is basic survival skill. An individual at least should know how to cook for themselves to sustain. That individual can be a man or woman too.

It isn't necessary that only wife should cook even after working outside, even the husband should know how to cook.

Degrading a woman on basis of her cooking skill is pathetic and regressive thought. And our ITV promotes such regressive thoughts which make such women sit on pedestal while shaming down the others.
