Imaliya ki English Parade

Woah aaj toh ummeed se kahin zyada mil gaya, bhai😆.

Such an unexpectedly fun episode....lol they are showing a whole build up regarding Imlie studying for her English exam....nice! Makers ko yaad aa gaya Imlie ko bhi kuch dhang ka dikhaane ko dein beyond Didi jaap.....hallelujah😆

How cute was Imlie all satisfied seeing her Pallavi plan in motion with bringing Nishvi face to face😆....but uske Nishu bhaiyya ne jaldi hi plan ka popat karke bechaari Pallavi ko rulaa ke bhej diya.....lol though at Ts being all totally chill with Pallavi like they don't remember her and Nishu broke up😕😆.....apni hi dhun mein rehte hain Ts.....haha

Then Imlie feeling bad ki sab log dukhi ho gaye toh cheering up ke liye aaj "if you're happy and you know it, clap your hands" ke chants shuru karva diye😆.....I swear this is the only show and the only character who can make these random ideas work....the way she coaxed the family into letting go of their morose mood and dheere dheere sab cheer up ho gaye....awww

Phir aaye MAHA KHADOOS Babusahib as the party pooper😆. Aaj bade dino baad puraane Babusahib ke darshan huye who just goes into another level of fitoor when it comes to making Imlie study for her exams😆......baap re, ITNA daant diya bechaari bacchi ko aaj.....lol he really went overboard in his irritation with her cuz he thought she was wasting time doing random nautanki rather than studying😆.....BK tak ko nahin baksha and bol diya ki you are spoiling her.....lol aaj alag level ke haq se Adi ne Imlie ko sabke saamne daanta.....dunno if they all realized it or they just brushed it off as his usual angry bird mode😆......Aparna was giving him solid looks though ki yeh kyun itna OVER ho raha hai Imlie ko daantne mein😆.

LMAO@ BK telling off Adi in the end of the scene ki BEHUDA kahin ka🤣.....aur phir SHUTUP and GET LOST bhi bol diya....hahahahaha🤣...he totally deserved it for the way he was being extra sarcastic with Imlie and usko itna daant ke bola "Now leave".....lol.......family waale are back to treating Adi as the guy who's just angry with everyone for no real reason😆....and bas BHADAAS nikaalta hai sab pe.....lol

Babusahib ki garam khopdi thodi shaant hui when he was told ki Pallavi aayi thi and Imlie was trying to cheer everyone up.....lol

Then came the best scene of the epi🤣.....Imlie bechaari ko kya punishment de di Babusahib ne ki she will only open her mouth to speak in English....no other language allowed😆....aur phir bechaari Imaliya ka jo STRUGGLE shuru hua....ROFL@ her talk with Sita MOTHER🤣.....ki how will SM understand if she talks in English😆....and if she doesn't understand, toh how will she make Imlie pass her exams? lol.....bechaari was trying to figure out how to rant about Babusahib in English ki peechhe se Maharaj prakat ho gaye phir se to defend himself ki he's not khadoos and he does everything for her bhalaai😆

Phir shuru hua Imlie ka attempt to make Babusahib understand love ka power to cure cancer😆.....the way she started off with you understand English but you don't understand heart language😆....and Adi got all defensive ki I understand heart ki language just fine😆....while also managing to correct Imlie ki no understand nahin, DO NOT understand hota hai.....jaan chali jaaye par yeh bandaa CORRECT karna nahin chhod sakta😆......

And then Imlie gave her whole spiel on how happy is the best ilaaj, love is the best ilaaj😆.....Love fights cancer, cancer dead, goodbye cancer😆....and finally even Adi had to crack a smile 😆....and he managed to reflect on how love gives us the courage to fight and the honsla to live....jinse hum pyar karte hain, woh humare saath ho toh lagta hai hum parbat bhi hilaa sakte hain.....you can move mountains in love....lol Adi should know given what a tough task he is currently attempting these days....Imlie kisi mountain se kam hai aajkal?😆. This bit actually was a nice build up to why Imlie is most likely going to end up blurting out her ILU later too....I'm actually pleasantly surprised we are getting build up to that scene rather than it being dumped in as a lollipop....😆

So Babusahib did the EHSAAN of not stopping Imlie from her mission Nishvi....lol but reminded her again that she needs to focus on her exam prep first.....but Imaliya managed to have the last word as always by making Adi do the English translation of Shehri Langoor🤣🤣......bahahahaha his face when he realized where she is taking this.....hahahahah end mein Imlie ka giggle at URBAN Langoor🤣.

Such fun scenes today....lots to savor😆. Tomorrow's Adi-Imlie scene looks good too but as always, I'll brace myself for the aftermath which is anyone's guess at this point😆

My 23 minutes wish almost got fulfilled 😆 Good post as always!

More than any amount of “romance” they can send our way, the essence of Imlie has always been about the unit they create with the entire family, be it with the Tripathis or with SK, Mithi. That essence is what returned today.

Imlie at her core is about spreading happiness. Everywhere. It can be jarring at times but that is the most basic equation she understands. They returned that Imlie again today. She was being revived in bits but we got a fuller dose today and that was heartwarming. She envelops the entire Tripathi family with her warmth in a way someone else has never been able to. They get her because that is what they inherently are too. Simple and happy people dealing with whatever life throws their way.

All in all, a happy camper today.

Aaj toh imelia ne kya jadoo chalaya apna..😆 ek dum magic wand wala.. how they were all.phudkooing with her until babusahib decided to go all BAM BAM ..he was scary aaj in his daant and fikar just not coming slow but I had to be awwing at how much worried he was ke isko yeh sab karna hai instead of padhaai and how he is responsible for her padhai likhayi and iska fail hona means him answerable.. again woh solid we are one vibe 🙌 tha k you for the meherbaani makers I loved them all doing their masti but babusahib ne bohat daant dia and phir Inki batti jalli ke kitna zyada ho gaya.. imlie ki English was all so fun genuine organic vibe with the most heartening scene later with the luv fixes everything and adi acknowledging ke it is true indeed and he won't stop but she should focus on studies he won't let it go..absolutly like the way he mused ke love has the power to move mountains ek dum it went I I another territory and so beautifully transitioned.. imlie ki punishment is so amusing and am enjoying it hahaha ababusahib could have been a very good teacher waise matlab kya punish kia to sikhao her ..

Word about another level of haq today sach main it is surprising ke.koi seriously nahi le raha only aparna noticed but good ke she did

Arey waah MB ji, kuch aur bhi maang liya hota lage haathon phir....aapki wishes puri karne ke mood mein lagte hain makers phir se😆.....almost 23 minutes hi mil gaye aaj sach mein.....MIRACLE it felt like😆

Word to your point about what the essence of Imlie and this show REALLY has been.....all the token romance/lollipops will never have the impact that these moments do cuz they feel so organic.....there was a build up to a story point in these last 2 epis that is generally sorely missing in the writing of the show these days which is more about inserting randomly shot bulk footage here or there to fill epis....but since yesterday's epi, a theme is being built around Imlie's vibe again that is quite nice to see after many days.

Yes, Imlie at her core has always been about spreading happiness....but they didn't really give her any tools towards doing this much in the last two months....ab jaake she's coming back into that zone again where as you said, we are reminded of the original Imlie who instantly spread her warmth into the Tripathis and connected with them on an instinctual level.

Have to mention, Sumbul did SUCH a good job of showing Imlie trying to figure out the English words in her head before attempting to speak😆.....you could almost hear the wheels turning in Imlie's head as she tried to piece together the English words she wanted to use and then sometimes giving up and sticking to her usual Hindi phrases like "khadoos" and "ilaaj"😆

Didi ko aise bas ek 3 minute scene ke liye rakhein epis mein toh hum bhi tolerate kar sakte hain😆

But I definitely had to laugh at the fact that she took a firmer stand against her parents for kal ka aaya Kunal than she did in the 7 years with Adi.....lol tab toh kabhi Mom ko chhodne ki dhamki nahin di when she did endless insulting of Adi and his family.......aaj Didi ke andar yeh token guts kahaan se jaage? Number banvaane ki koshish belatedly?😆

Also loved the total lack of hesitation with which she said she hasn't given anyone any dhoka😆.....guts kamaal hain didi ke....itne HUGE jhoot bol rahi hai sare aam to so many people but she thinks that's not a dhoka at all👏😆

So much word one could see that struggle.the internal struggle in her mind and it was done so organically...again this could go so wrong and does in so many cases but kudos to.ST for not making it cliche and doing such a phenomenal. ob showing that difference that struggle and communication trouble working in her head to do translations

What a lovely episode! Finally we are back on track. Good follow up from yesterday when they started with Malini bringing up Imlie being weak in English. They kept at it till we got it :) And what a nice progression and its not over till we get the ILU. When ST and GM get well written scenes they nail it. This is probably the scene Imlie mentioned in her interview where she and BBSB went back and forth with improversiations. Now I'm thinking the Sardar costume is to do with Nishvi only :)

This is the Adilie I enjoy watching - I hope from now on - we get more of this. Since yesterday have really enjoyed rewatching their scenes. The urban langoor was amazing. ST is truly a star - how well she emoted today from the reactions to Adi's daunt to her cute si complain to Sita mother to her heart language explanation to finally getting back at adi with the urban langoor...each transition was brilliant - what a range this girl has. Today was completely her episode. I loved the Sundar bit as well with the lokhi. :) hum bajake aathe hai...hehe

She really is such a high level nautanki😆....kitna innocent muh banaa ke puchh rahi thi and Adi ke jaate hi the mischief was back on her face😆.
