M for Marriage

Oh Imaliya, why so cuuuuuute😆.

Itna dimaag khaati hai most days aaj kal, but jab apne adorable mode mein aati hai, it's hard to resist her charm😆. I'm obviously speaking about the second half of the epi here vis a vis her scenes with Pallavi, Adi and Sundar😆.

Her scenes with Pallavi are a refreshing change from seeing Imlie with only one type of "Didi" in her life who mostly condescends to her in the guise of sweetness......Pallavi doesn't talk down to her and treats her more like a peer when she talks to her. LOL@ Imlie doing her nautanki about narrating life in PD when she knew Pallavi was fishing for info about Nishant😆. When they take Imlie out of the sphere of influence of certain GRAHAN waale elements, automatically khil jaati hai😆.

Her matchmaking speed was a little extra fast yesterday but aaj she was settling into cruise control😆.....grammar book chhodne ka idea was better than whatever she was trying yesterday to find out about "chingaaris"😆.

Phir aaya Adi-Imlie scene......LMAO@ Imlie trying FLAMES on hers and Adi's name🤣......So I mainly enjoyed this scene cuz we got to see an Imlie acting her age after many days.....lol she is after all a college going girl at the end of the day who is bound to pick up random things from the peers around her at college....waise FLAMES toh schoolkids ka game hota hai but chalo Imlie ke case mein college pe apply kar dete hain😆.

ROFL@ Imlie getting stuck on the M bit and thinking M for MURDER😆.....then M for MANMAANI😆.....phir Adi Maharaj prakat huye to jataao his naraazgi over Imlie doing BACHKAANI harkatein rather than focusing on SERIOUS things like her exam😆. Then Imlie reminded him that she is after all bachkaani only.....she goes to college, not office like him😆.....and that he's MUCH older than her😆.....Adi ki SHAKAL in response to hearing about their age difference🤣🤣......Jaldi se topic badal diya back to her studies.....hahaha. I guess dono kabhi kabhi bhool jaate hain apna age difference until it pops up in moments like these giving them pause about the vast differences between them😆. The writers rarely give even a subtle nod to it since all oxygen is sucked up in managing Didi ke tamaashe....but today it was nice to see that subtle nod to Adi-Imlie ka INTERPERSONAL aspect vis a vis age difference😆.

Then, in a very symbolic bit....Imlie states the obvious.....that she doesn't know what the M stands for😆.....and Adi tells her that M is for Marriage😆.....subtle nod ho gaya to the fact ki Imlie ko abhi bhi inki shaadi ka matlab nahin samajh aa raha and Adi has accepted that this marriage is their destiny.....

Good scene and nice build up for kal ka jo bhi I Love You adventure hoga😆.....I'm guessing it's going to be similar to last time wala ILU jo joke mein tal gaya tha😆.....family ke saamne bahaane mein tal jaayega. Waise bhi ILU is just a formality between them....dono ko pata hai pyar hai😆.

The Sundar-Imlie scene after this was hilarious too with Imlie trying to orchestrate Nishant opening the door.....lol and Adi thinking Imlie exam ke stress mein aur paagal ho gayi hai😆

Baaki honorary mention to AC pointing out ki Dev ka khoon hi cheater wala hai🤣.....and also to Adi staying firm on divorce ki inevitability even with Dev gidgidaaoing in front of him......but Dev now seems curious about Adi's reason for the divorce so I guess shak ki sui will go back towards Imlie again soon enough.....lol

Better epi than yesterday.....Imlie perked it up today :)

Such an mood uplifted today's episode was or well the 2nd half and adi imlie bit and adi saying on our behalf paagal ho gayi jhalli 🤣🤣 has to be my fav.. ca I love this paagal jhalli how freaking adorable was she in her darwaza na kholne jaa rahe hain.. I I lived the homework checking bit...something about adi being more worried for her studies and exams always is so endearing.. I love the keen intrest he takes in it and that mentor mode all the time. As I have said it so much that I love that joint unit vibe again and the tiny bit did the magic made me feel connected.. M for.murder and manmaani was hilarious but I liked adi ka serious quip thaT M for.marriage imlie had to.come ti terms with it as it is destiny that subtle nod to it as being trb ultmiag was lovely.. hahaah at adi ka shakal at the mention of age difference but as you said it was very nicely inserted to show the fundamental differences yet how similar they ate and how they gel and all this is irrelevant whe it comes to what they share sirf baatein hai duniyawi caz again what they share cannot be put in words or is understood that easily by all. I really liked imlie ka chulbulapan back and I found her playing flames actually adorable yes school-game hai but it makes sense she is trying to do.things like her peers and enjoy jar rahi hai aona experience it is among to see her being her age herself where she does these jhalli things like everybody else and not bring sabki daadi Amma and dukhiyari

Her whole idea of leaving the book was also smart actually very Ishmart good to see her work thinking coming handy dandy again and I actually am really liking pallavi too atleat they share looks to.have a genuine vibe to it and not.bullshit.. her entire kahani of PD to tease her was hilarious

The other good bit today was imlie atlewt acknowledging however token much ke she might actually could be wrong and babusahib was right ke.woh bahane bana rahi Haim.. that was very notable to me ke.imlie ne apne flaw ko mana accept kia rather than being in denial

I am so happy caz this gives me such quintessential adi imlie feels and vibe .. their emotions run way too deep then lame.i love yous they are irrelevant always have been but I like the flow main I love you as if now given why it is coming ...hope the actual.scene now.lives upto the expectation but it si much more welcome then any other nonsense. Adi.being her teacher is such a joy to watch and her so wholesomely saying I love you caz ek.simole sa act matters shows far more where she stands for him .. how.much her success and happiness matters then any big grand gesture ... dil ko.laga and imlie ki eyes have so much emotion in it

P.S. forgot to mention Imlie ka "Toh kaa karein, JACK ban jaayein"? 🤣.....hilarious the way she put her own spin on "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy"😆......"Na toh hum Jack hain, na hum dull hain, na hum boy hain"🤣🤣🤣

Waise I love that Adi is going to once again help her study for an exam....pichhli baar Geometry ace karvaayi thi with the Pythagorus Theorem, is baar English karvaayega😆

I skipped the entire episode other than Aditya Imlie scene at the end. It was a cute scene. FLAMES dekh ke bachpan ki yaad aagayi school mein joh bhi dikta sab ke naam ke saath flames khelte the. Imlie ko college mein pata chala about flames. And she is curious, uska and Aditya ka kya FLAMES result aayega

I was lol at M- murder . Aditya aagaya, ever curious about what imlie is doing. Book kaise cheen liya isne. He says imlie is being bachkani. Waise isne bada maturity ke saath imlie ka book cheena

Imlie cutely explained she is not jack

Also she pointed out that she is young, so she can be immature . Isi baat pe Aditya imlie ke bed pe bait gaya to talk.

He explains m- marriage. Shayad yehi hai humari kismat mein.

Aditya looked very tired and mature in this scene. I guess rest of the episode made him tired

Also they again established Aditya's role as a mentor in imlie's life. I hope Aditya helps imlie with her English exam

Lovely write up today Areyaar! I loved the last scene, I felt the old vibe come back today in the scene after such a long time. Only I was unsure what to make of BBSB's face expressions. Somehow I don't get the same indulgent vibe he had with Imlie earlier and I miss that - missing that special look (when he taught her in PG etc) makes me feel like he is not feeling the same way about her as he used to....which makes no sense...but thats how it comes across to me.

Hope there is some explanataion for why BBSB's reactions to Imlie seem different these days and that the original vibe gets back as the scenes get better.

Any episode where imlie seems to be back in her old element being her spirited chirpy self is a win to me. And especially if we get the vibe around adi imlie maintained 👍🏼

Though ngl, the story flow and inability to clearly see where we’re going right now has me frustrated, especially in regards to the sideys as I can’t ff I have to watch to be able to connect all things overall 😵 but I’ll try to ignore that part and focus on the adorable scene we got today and my imlu being her usual sunshine self

I guess back in PD, there was a longing for her (after time spent apart) and confusion of his feelings attached to it too. Right now everything is in the clear and he’s probably more tired with how they’ve been fighting this one battle so long.

LOL yes, he did look sober and tired in that scene.....and I am also presuming that getting a long dose of Loservedi bakwaas from Dev Papa probably drained him out😆....isiliye ghar aake seedha apne sunshine dose Imlie ke paas gaya even if he was all being his usual cranky self with her😆.....daant wala pyar mode tha aaj Babusahib ka😆.

Do shaadiyon ka bhaar aur ab ek divorce ka bhi.....lol kuch toh weight feel hona bhi chahiye bande ko😆

Mentor ka role toh anyways booked hai Babusahib ke liye in Imlie's life even if other people want to ghuso in to take credit for Imlie ke achievements😆.....he's deffo going to help her prep for the English exam, that is why Imlie ki English is without an accent in the precap scene😆
