Drama is never used in a sensible way either. It’s just used as a cheap tactic. Humor is rarely used intelligently. It all depends on how the writers feel that day.

Things just get brushed under the carpet so easily. Also tone shifts too quickly for it to even make sense. I don’t even know honestly.

Now whenever somebody is making a fuss, people say - drama kar raha hai!🤣 Poor drama!🤣

But seriously, I totally agree with you that this drama genre isn't handled in a sensible way especially when it comes to ITV. They put so many elements at the same point and create a mess out of it. And the shift between one scene to the other seems so incosistent🤪
