The thing with YT is that there's sometimes a copyright issue with songs, which tends to rob the scene of its essence. š
In YUDKBH, there's one particular scene that always sticks with me- the one where Naina intentionally burns her hands because Sameer tells her "jab tak khud ka haat nahi jalta, tab tak dard ka ehsaas nahi hota" š²
He is shocked to see her hands, and when she puts him to bed in her own room, he tells her that he isn't used to folks fussing so much over him, and she says he should get used to it because she has that habit. They play "Aate Jaate", which I thought was a very apt song for his realisation. š³
The scene by itself was good, but I thought Aate Jaate took it one level higher- I would probably not have remembered it so much if not for the song that accompanied it.
That whole episode has my heart ā¤ļø
"O bai Bela! Tune kya kahaan?"
"Belaaaa zara adrak vali chaai banake laana. Aur biskut bhi saath mein."
"Bholuraam!"š

I think in reality, yes. Poorane zamane main.
The amount of kids people had during those days.
Those days reminds me of one of my Uncles' wife, whose parents got about 10 kids or so. My parents were quite fascinated when they got to know his in-laws got so many kids and he replied with 'they didn't have TV during their days'. I'm lucky I was able to control my laughterš
