Gadar sucked big time

One was massy, the other was classy.

I personally enjoyed watching Gadar more. Lagaan was a bit more tedious and needed more brain cells comparatively 😃

The whole cast, the story was amazing.One of the best movie for me .. which was also nominated for Oscar.

That fact that both movies are compared and held at the same level, itself is a disgrace

Both belong to two different genres. I enjoyed both , Lagaan a bit more!

True, Lagaan is considered equal to Gadar only because it got an Oscar nomination, which just stems from Indians need of white validation.

I love Lagaan, Gadar was a torture

Lagaan was such a torture to sit through. Gadar kam se kam poori toh dekh paaye.

Snored my way through Lagaan 😴. Thoroughly enjoyed the first half of Gadar and then went back to snoring in the second half. This movie is the prettiest I’ve seen Amisha look 😋
