Yes she does. Remember during goa episodes in inebriated state she said something along the lines of Pyaar mein zero or love is not for her or something like that. She has her insecurities and yes finally he is getting to know them. Ans getting down to fix them!

I'm glad Shaurya was able to deduce that Anokhi didn't trade him in or choose herself over him. She chose his happiness over her own. She put him at a higher value because she sees him choosing her as less. As if she can't compete with his family, his college, or his reputation. Shaurya Sabherwal sees a problem and plows head on to find a solution!!
