If I am not mistaken he is same guy who says he ask for the change in story if he feels since its copy he cant, but could have asked for a change in a scene

I think he has always accepted Virat’s flaws, he has always maintained that he is the reason for all the mess.

The part where he says Sai doesn’t understand him, to a certain extent she doesn’t due to the gap in thought process. Which Ayesha also accepted as a flaw in Sai.
