Maybe have Aai as their guiding force, show Mohit and Karishma sometimes so Viru has someone and then show Devi and her family sometimes. Maybe show that Samrat has found TRUE LOVE; OR did I accept the toxicity of BK and Ninad, Omi, etc when I started watching this show?

4. I am watching a NORMAL show on Netflix; in a language that is NOT HINDI this weekend because I cannot cope with this.

This show doesn't know how to give a balance episode throughout the week. Either the episodes are too light or too into drama. The balance of both will get them high TRPs.

Are you sure? Because the show that stole TRPs from Ghum also has soo much drama; weird sasu ma; toxic samdhan; homewrecker max pro; meanest ML ever...even dimple faced star plus hero's character garners the most TRPs when he misunderstands most beautiful heroine and misunderstandings happen and they separate. Its like a pattern. SO is it the desi audiences who LIKE THIS sort of tamasha?

This is Us which is based on normal human emotions is the TOP RATED prime time tv show in the WORLD. Its a normal show with normal humans and relatable emotions, with problems that normal people have. Grey's Anatomy at S17 is Star Plus' sister network's highest rated show WHILST it has mirrored EXACTLY what has happened worldwide to those of us on the frontline as medics. So either desi people who live in India who watch ITV at primetime think that whatever happens on Star Plus at prime time mirrors their lives where husbands are like Ninad and Omi and uncle who cannot be named and they are like Ashwini and aunty who cannot be named.

The Top rated show on SP has drama but it has fun moments as well. The sass in that family makes fun of the negative lead, even the samdhan gets some of the funniest line ever. They all had dance, played antakshari and had fun together right after the ML married his gf to make the moment light.

That show has perfect balance of drama and fun elements with briliant actors.
