That is true - he will realize on his own. But I think rather than announcing he loves Ishqi (he may not do that to her in front of everyone because he knows they will hurl insults). I think without taking her name ... he will tell all that he has been lying to himself and Rhea, and that Rhea was correct he is distant and she deserves better - his heart is not in this... i believe it will be something like that.
