Though the Sony TV dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 2 was a resounding victory for Prachi Desai, her magic failed to impress the judges at the Yeh Hai Jalwa and she was eliminated from the dance reality show. This week her team, Masti Ki Pathshaala that performed on the Krazy Kiye Re… number from Dhoom got eliminated. Our source who was present on the sets says, "Though the guest judge Hrithik was impressed by their choreography, he was unhappy to see that the hats had covered the face of the team members and hence missed on the expressions throughout the dance. Smita Thackrey, who was also one of the guests this week in Yeh Hai Jalwa, was engrossed throughout their performance. It was a moment of despair and a teary farewell to Prachi and her team of college kids." Neither Prachi's charm nor her mentor came to her rescue.
However Prachi reasons why she lost, "That day the voting lines were closed in four hours instead of 24 hours and neither I nor my fans were aware of it. Moreover, since it was the last day of the shoot of Kasamh Se I was very low, emotionally. Even my mom could not vote, but we have no complaints. At the end of the day, my team and I enjoyed the show."
