TBH, Rhea is the one who is a cheater and a liar. Her mom's taunts are justified - she is worried about her daughter's future. Of course she is wrong in pushing her towards Ahaan but her anger is justified, if Ahaan dumps her Rhea will have nowhere to go. If abortion isn't a choice, she has a painful prospect of giving up her child or as a single mother who has no respect in society.

Being a mother she will care for Rhea first - Ahaan/Ishqi's happiness mean little to her.

Rheas mom has only 1 sentence did u speak to ahaan. Jao hake use manaao.
