I don't know why they don't want to show redemption track. We like to watch our hero repenting over his past actions, trying to ask forgiveness the whole guilt trip is amazing to watch. But I have seen that in ITV hero guilt last for 1-2 episodes and then back to normal.

In Precap, Dadi knew Ishqi did everything for Ahaan. She is such a smart lady. Ishqi did it for Sonu but she always had Ahaan in her mind as she did not want to hurt him or let him hate his sister.

Indeed they are all true. He is indeed the same guy. But how does that give Sonu the clean chit? Her choices can be influenced by his mentality, undoubtedly but her choices are still her choices and she needs to own them up. It is quite convenient of her to say that she was scared of the hatred and blame that could have come to her. Did that blame and hatred not come to Ishqi? Sure, the conditioning of two women has been different, but under no circumstances, I repeat, under no circumstances I am to going not consider that Sonu chose silence because she was selfish enough in wanting her dream married life without any chaos. I cannot forget that she watched Ishqi's humiliation and her destruction by keeping her mouth shut. Because her blissful life was her priority and not Ishqi's suffering.

Her reasons for not trusting anyone to share the news before the wedding are pretty valid. What stopped her from speaking up once things settled down? Even today, had she not been pushed to talk, she would have stayed mum like always.

That is... quite some selfish attitude than being miserably bowed down under the weight of society judgments.

Ahaan is way too burdened under the favors of his Dadi to go after Mayank after she says what she does. Letting go of Mayank, in no way, is acceptable but I am able to get into Ahaan's head and see why he stopped for the time being.

By no means, I am saying Ahaan doesn't deserve what he is getting. My problem is with Sonu getting away just like that.
