Haan they might change the chronological order to make it more sensible. Because prospectus was not enough to hide marriage but may shaurya getting ousted from the house can make anokhi fearful and she can ask shaurya to keep this under wraps and tell them that they have parted their ways. To be honest i want the secret proper wedding to happen tabhi maza aayega.
