We have lockdown here, full day except from 6AM to 10AM.

Work is hectic. Lost a colleague to Covid. Visiting the forum whenever I can just to have some time away from all that.

I love your posts too, they are very refreshing. I love posts that analyse characters and brings out different characteristics of a character. I just read your comment on Sairat’s thread. I was actually drafting a reply in that thread and wanted to tag you and Nethra. It is quite a lengthy post and I have saved it in my drafts for now, haven’t been able to finish.

I think you had said something like we need to bring out the qualities of a character than bashing them, was very happy to read it. Exactly what I always believe. We should analyse the characters and try to share things from their point of view and I don’t really believe in making posts bashing characters because it creates a chaos in the forum, causes an imbalance and also it is not needed. It is more interesting to read when a person can share their perspective on a few things or their understanding of a character, we get to look at this from a different point of view, we get to understand about the character even more or it helps in connecting the missing dots. One way or the other we will all fail to understand about a few things of a character and such posts will help in developing the understanding. I feel that if an audience support a character, posts about the character they support will be more helpful and interesting to read. It is okay to even bring out a few qualities that they dislike or question if it was even right. But sometimes, the discussion gets steered to a wrong direction. I am able to understand all of their sentiments and why is it even happening. I try to sometimes avoid encouraging some discussions or replies from my own friends to put an end to disagreements. Otherwise it would only end up in a chaos or disrupt the peace in the forum.

Oh yes I totally understand the Sai Vs Virat part. Its so offputting. I mean it makes no sense to pit them against each other. I myself got overwhelmed and involved in the mess recently again. Huh learning to do better.

Bold part- So true. Exactly why I joined forum. Some of your and Janaki's posts made me notice traits that I otherwise would have missed. That's precisely why I joined the forum. I have been watching ITV for a long but this is the first time in a forum.

Janaki's posts were really a treat to read. Her posts used to be very informative and I love her writing. I wasn't a regular reader but by the time I had joined the forum and started to read her posts, she was away for sometime and then she returned but I guess she got busy too.

What apprehension, you are one of the most articulate people on this forum. I read your posts and then go like damn I never noticed this. Out of curiosity what do you do, you write so well. Your understanding of characters is excellent and it always conveys the intended message clearly.
