Pakhi trying to runaway form zillat arena to save her image was hilarious 😂. Hats off to Sai the Sherni for taking her mask off from the susheel bahu. I am sure chavan hyenas will still act blind and put the susheel bahu on pedestal.

Loved Karishmas dialogue, shikar Karne gayee or kudh shikar bangayi 😂😂

And Sai does have a big heart ❤️ and gets attached too quickly. We need to be like Sai , we shouldn’t have any expectations from Virat.

I guess the story is that even intelligent people fall for toxic relationships and get sucked into it.

@second para I hope so. I am not sure when I will stop watching if this continues. Don't mind if you find my message or post again in the forum after I have said that I am quitting 🤣🤣. That is exactly why I am not even saying bye 🤣.

Haha I won’t be, given we all feel the same at the moment. I do feel like we are being tested as audience and I know we will stick around for as long as we can. 😭😂 I haven’t been this attached to a show in a long time and I’m kinda cursing myself for starting to watch this one. If nothing else I know I will stick around for Sai the character and Ayesha and Neil beautiful acting. ❤️

I am cool. The reason I said that because I hear that a lot whenever something goes wrong with Virat's character and many of us from the FD feel the same as me. But when Sai goes wrong it is actually called as a flaw in the chatacter, like she is the most horrible girl, she doesn't care about anyone but herself, she likes to make tamasha and all. So when we speak about butchering every action that the FD despises should be looked at as butchering and not just MLs I mean. I am kind of tired of hearing this because no analysis would make sense if we justify MLs character this way. I agree that he was butchered and gets butchered some way but not all the time.

I support and criticise both, so it becomes difficult for me to hear about butchering only while talking about ML.

Sai doing drama is not OTT, Sai climbing tree is not seen as OTT, Sai barging into Deans office is not OTT, Sai behaving disrespectfully with Virat and not apologising to him also shows as a character written weak to me. Hence I pointed it out to you. No offense meant.

@bold And none taken.😊

I'm surprised because as far as I have seen, Virat gets bashed much more than Sai (and understandably so). For me understanding Virat has been a rollercoaster ride. He has been poorly written. To invest so much time and grey cells on a character and to see him behaving dumb irritates me to the core. Like you, I'm a neutral person who wants to see SaiRat's progress. Most of the times, I take Virat's characterization to be his flaws (no matter how much I don't like it). But when they compromise with his core values or show no progression or inconsistent I cannot but attribute it to butchering.

Sai also does fall into the trap of being made mahaan - that to me is butchering. She is good enough the way she is. TBH, I could not connect with either Sai or Virat during DevKit wedding. They made Sai do all kinds of dumb and out-of-character things like lying, hiding things (butchering). They made Virat a super dumb UPSC cheater with his idiotic investigation. Could not the same outcome (separation) be achieved while being consistent with their inherent flaws, without butchering their characters? The plot was so ridiculously written. We moved ahead with assumptions made for either characters - but it was so uninteresting to watch.

The recent whitewashing of Bhavani - Virat and Sai both were butchered beyond belief. Do I assume that both are this way only? Sai can never accept such injustice. And Virat's "I understand your POV and I still respect you" to Bhavani made him seem like a shallow person. But I still refuse to believe that Virat is shallow or that he is not butchered. Whatever his flaws, he was supposed to be caring and with good moral values - how can he now suddenly turn shallow? Just as I cannot believe Sai will be so blind to a crime. I can only conclude that they butchered Sai and Virat for the sole purpose of whitewashing Bhavani. It killed some part of SaiRat for me already.

As far as butchering of ML and FL is concerned, it happens too frequently in ITV. ML is constantly butchered to increase FL suffering. And FL is frequently butchered by making her mahaan/self-sacrificing/ and or hiding the crimes of the family.

My irritation is - if Virat is supposed to be like this, show him like that from the beginning. He won't interest me and I would not watch the show. Don't set up a string of good qualities - only to show him as dumb, hypocritical and shallow. It doesn't make any sense to me - and I can only suspect that it is being done to achieve some outcome/goal.

True, can stick around only for the leads (Ayesha and Neil).

I am going to test my patience till the confession and won't be able to push myself after that I think 🙈.

Thanks.

I think some of us have been able to connect with Virat, not all. Others have felt like this about him for a long time now. Many stopped liking him after they got married and he started to behave like a typical son of a joint toxic family. I will continue to try to understand him or his actions as always but have lost hopes in him that he would ever stand up for his wife. He had not done in many times in the past, getting worse day by day. Hope the makers show him as a trustworthy partner (in all sense) and not just a romantic male lead.

So I'm not the only one feeling like this since the past few days. The way Virat is being portrayed, it is increasingly looking more like a cautionary tale rather than a romance.

They are getting very realistic to my liking, let us enjoy an ML who can be both soft spoken and stand up to what is wrong .

ITV knows only rough and tough hero vala ML, who are very bad and macho and then turn good cos of love. Virat was different but they have to introduce some toxicity to his character too
