By unprofessionalism I meant, not knowing how to communicate correctly and carry oneself when in a work related environment. Being outspoken is okay, but it all matters how you speak your mind! He puts ppl down and is harsh with his words whenever he judged shows.. all things can be said in a professional manner, but he chooses not to! My uncle is like him and seems like most bong guys from the older generation is this way. I am a Bengali like him too, I have noticed it!
