Not a SRK fan but I beg to differ re Salman being the face of BW internationally. He is a home grown superstar but every single non BW connoisseur I know would tell you SRK and Aishwarya (pretty much Devdas) got them into it.

Not sure why every Khan fandom still feel the need to compete. All the Khans are superstars in their own right and have carved their own niche in BW. They’ve had careers only one could dream of and will probably be unmatched. You all need to leave some room for the next generation to shine; they’ve had an incredible run. NEXT.

Shouldn't Irrfan be also somewhere in the list?

Mithun Chakraborty and Jeetendra would also make the list because of Disco Dancer and Caravan.

Not at all...if anything his movies degrade Bollywood status..

With all due respect to Raj Kapoor as he has passed away. Salmans current career is going better than anyone else on that list.

Agreed Salman Khan's career is going much better than all of those on the list and has been for a couple years. Still doesn't mean he's bringing more eyes to Bollywood. Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor are also bigger than anyone on the list arguably at the moment, but again, they are not the answer to the question.

Raj Kapoor is on my list because of his past impact. But even if we are talking strictly current 2018-2021 era, Salman is still behind.
