I’m guessing the redemption will start after the intoxication scene KJ mentioned about. Maybe Veer will breakdown and A will be by his side, making him realize what he did was wrong. But since it’s in the 50s, divorce won’t be an option so they’ll both try to work on their marriage. Maybe after that R being Prem will be revealed....let’s see how things play out. But AmVeer is endgame for sure either a happy endgame or Veer dying and A being alone endgame

The makers pretty much gave closure to A and R relation in the last epi. It is now A and V's journey in becoming AmVeer. It will be a happy ending.
