Yes... We can make a thread asking writers if they are willing... And if they are then to like the post... And others can tag the writers too...

Any one can continue.. No need to be a writer, right?

Just may be we need minimum six or seven. And I think once the signed up writers did their part, one of the writers (anyone) can conclude it with a drabble or with a one shot

Request India forums to do a joint Interview of cast especially leads they usually do it.. same can be done for glitzvision or Entertainment Tadka and such sites ... They used to arrange cake and make cast and crew cut it and gave joint IV.. find out who is doing IV our MODs can help us with that

And drabble idea is good but we can't continue the whole time. Instead OS fair we can create a thread n ppl can read over.
