Somehow I feel even though essa loves Navera but his mater of fact very ethical character may suit Rida more. May be Navera does love Dawar ,I just want her to get the guy she deserves and who knows her inner beauty.

@Bold: since he did propose to her , it would be a douche move to suddenly back out and say "just kidding"

I think Maham is pregnant too. Will they keep dropping hints later to reveal she's expecting similar to Rida's tumor or will it be revealed by the next episode.

Anyways Maham is going to milk her pregnancy to the MAX.

But I called annoying not because she didn’t return his feelings but because she tried to emotionally blackmail him into proposing to Rida. Though I understand that she is not in the right kind of mindset, like she admitted herself.

Now the whole world and their dog knows that Essa actually likes Navera, such a juicy plot for Davar to keep away from Navera while Navera keeps on pining for him and Maham keeps on creating rift in Davar’s mind against Navera.

Her trying to emotionally blackmail him definitely wasn’t the right thing to do. It annoyed me a little too. I feel like even if rida does die. Navera n essa getting married would be awkward now after the proposal.

It didn't sit well with me when she was emotionally blackmailing him.

Of course she won't marry Essa even if Rida dies because Rida said the ring was an amanat that she gave to Nawera to safeguard for her when she survives the surgery. I'm guessing ring = Essa. Nawera will say/think that she can't do amanat mein khayanat & won't marry Essa.

Hi guys!

I have ended my four-year hiatus from IF to specifically come back and talk about this drama because I love it so much.

I used to be on IF a lot a few years ago, mostly talking about Navin Waqar and Emmad Irfani's "Kuch na Kaho". I took a break, still watched dramas in the meantime but mostly on my own, and now Mohlat inspired me so much, I had to talk to others about it.

My husband and I used to watch "Mujhe Khuda pe Yaqeen Hai" as a joke because we thought that drama was laughably bad, and we thought "Mohlat" would be similarly crappy since it was replacing MKPYH, but WOWZA this is one amazing drama! For once I think a soap is getting the TRPs it deserves.

First of all, I think *every* cast member is absolutely perfect for their role. Kinza plays Maham so well; Sami Khan, as always, plays the blindfully in love hero to a T; Sabeena Farooq brought Rida to life; Komal Aziz was made to play Navera. Usama Khan, I think, is playing a career-defining character in Essa and his entry revolutionized the drama. Bushra Ansari and Asma Abbas...wow, I mean what more is there to say. This drama I started watching as a joke became the thing I look most forward to everyday.

Finally, to talk about the drama story itself...

Like most people, I was rooting for Navera and Essa (I saw on instagram someone called it EssaVera and I love that name). I still am rooting for them, but I admit, her asking Essa to marry Rida instead of her was weird and there was too much foreshadowing with Rida giving Navera the ring as an amanat, as well as Essa saying to Dawar that the man Navera will marry will be the luckiest man in the world. As much as I hate it, it all screams for a Dawar x Navera ending. (As an aside, I don't mind Essa with Rida, but come on, EssaVera is OTP).

I liked Dawar x Navera in the first fourteen episodes, prior to Essa's arrival and before Dawar and Maham happened. To me, Dawar cannot redeem himself from being the dude who was so helplessly in love with Maham that he overlooked her clear red flags, even before they got married. I just feel like Navera deserves so much better, and Essa was perfect for that, but the writers will force DaVera. Ugh.

We all know Maham will end up alone in the end, and while my heart is screaming for EssaVera, I know it's going to be DaVera.

OH HOW I MISS OUR KUCH NA KAHO DAYS....sighsssss....my 3 yr old hiatus was due to marriage and pregnancy and running after my daughter who will be turning 3 this July

Phew.....mother hood and household chores and my jobs at 2 schools took all my time....I missed out on a lot of shows as well in these 4 years

Have started visiting this place on n off when pandemic started but still wasn't watching anything substancial

But this show has full fledgedly brought me to IF....I m literally checking this thread every other time to read everyone's comments and the fact that it airs everyday is such a bonus
