You're absolutely right when you say that it was Imran's inexperience that added so much to KAM1's timelessness....

Am also watching his Noor-ul-Ain now...stumbled upon it accidentally on YT through a scene which I absolutely loved...

Really liking it thus far...finished watching episode 13 few days back.... the writing and direction is good...Imran and Sajjal have lovely chemistry! ❤

Imran has that unusual charm and calmness. I can't resist watching his dramas.😳 I didn't miss any since KAM, except one: Koyi Chaand Rakh. It is only because of sister rivelary angle. If there's something which I hate in dramas, it has to be this. This is why I didn't start watching Mohlat yet.😒

I actually like a lot of actors from the Pak drama industry, Awida... there is a lot of talent, especially amongst the actors... but there are some whose performances will stay with me forever....Hamza Ali Abbasi in Alif, Imran Ashraf in RRK, Bilal Abbas in EJLS, Zahid Ahmed in IZN, and Affan Waheed in Do Bol

These performances are really gr8..You see Pakistani actors are really gr8. There's also Humayoun Saeed in Dil Lagi and Meri Paas Tum Ho, and Feroze Khan in Khani and KAM 3 . They made me cry.😭

However, if the question is a pointed one...on my favorite actors (not performances)... the answer would be Fawad Khan and Danyal Zafar...I would include them in my list of most favorite actors...Irfan Khan, Ranveer Singh and Dulquer Salman.

Irfan was unmatchable. 😒 Fawad I loved only because of his looks.😳 I watched Humsafar only because of him. 😆 Danyal I have to watch TB asap.

I also like Azfar Rehman a lot... have only watched his Aatish...the drama was mediocre, but he was fantastic in it! I mean there are some scenes (remember a breakdown scene), in which he was exceptional! Also helped that I really loved his chemistry with Hina Altaf (although she is nowhere close to him in her acting chops)! Surprisingly, they continued to have great chemistry (a rare feat in hit pairs when repeated), in their subsequent work together (the telefilm and Ek aur Munafiq)!👍

Aatish was a typical story, but I wonder why it had all that effect. Sometimes stories don't matter when the pairing is good.😃

Hope they measure up equally in Dour as well...

Insha Allah. I am eagerly waiting. I don't know why GEO is delaying it!🤔 They could've given it Tuesday 8 pm timeslot..😒

Imran Abbas, frankly, I don’t think is necessarily a good actor...you know what I mean...from the command over the craft POV...he has done some really good roles, which suited him a lot, which is more the case...

Yes, you’re right about Feroze Khan and Khaani...thanks for pointing it out, since I missed to include it...again, an exceptional performance!❤️

With regards to Fawad, strangely it’s not his looks that did it for me...again, his ability as an actor is what makes him a part of my absolute faves....obviously, ZGH was mighty impressive, but it was Kapoor and Sons that convinced me, that my decision was right!😁

What a fine film...Fawad and Alia were brilliant in it...watch it if you haven’t already, Awida...you will not regret your decision! :)

With Danyal, of course my love for him his legendary!😂

Again the starting point was his acting skillset...TB showcased his abilities brilliantly...he, IMO, is truly a very, very good actor! You may or may not like TB, but Danyal, you will not be able to ignore!

My affection for Danyal is a lot like that it is for Sanam...I really like him as a person a lot! There are little things about him that appeal to me, immensely....almost like the little brother, I never had!🤗 Sincerely hope that he doesn’t disappoint...with actors/celebrities, you never know!

Irfan Khan of course, as you also mentioned, was an Institution...such a good human being as he was an actor! A huge loss, really...

Aatish, as you correctly, have said, was a mediocre drama...in fact I watched it only till episode 12 or 13, until Shereyar leaves for the US....and then, watched the last couple of episodes....the drama was no great shakes...in fact, totally cliched, if one has to be honest, but was enough, to indicate Azfar’s talent....some of his scenes with Hina’s character (Asma, if I remember correctly) are beautiful...a rickshaw scene and their scene in the second last episode, where she refuses to go back with him...remember his “Tum reh logi mere Bina?”...superbly done!👏👏👏

You should check out Dulquer Salman, Awida...he works mostly in Malayalam and Tamil cinema...a brilliant actor, if understated and nuanced acting is your thing...

You can watch his “Karwaan”....it’s available on Amazon Prime...also has Irfan, and the girl is lovely too...a little known but very talented actress...Mithila Palkar.

Just realised that I forgot to mention Mohlat!😀

Even I hate sister rivalry if not done right...Mohlat is actually one of those scenarios, predominantly ‘cos Maham’s character is unrealistic and the actress playing her is terrible!😡

You should start watching it from Episode 13...where the character Essa makes his entry...fantastic character, Awida!👏👏👏

Also, the characters of Rida and Navera are lovely!👍

Essa and Navera chemistry is beautiful, and Rida-Navera-Essa bond is absolutely heartwarming!❤️

Watch it in FF mode...that’s the way I watch it!😂
