I think until and unless you are not threatened physically, emotionally and mentally.. it doesn’t make sense to quit a job just because your managers are harsh with you.. you can if it’s a toxic environment but quit only when you have another job in hand… money is important and many can’t run a household without money.. and yeh toh phir bhi normal jobs hain. Imagine people who work in factories and labors..

I agree and here circumstances define the tolerance level too ... right now this is the only source of income and the only shelter on their head. And you have to give her credit, she is still trying to earn an honest respectable living... people in such dire conditions often fall on the wrong side of tracks.

That can happen too!! Whatever we do, we mustn’t sacrifice our moral values.. we can keep our self respect aside for a while.. but nothing comes above safety/ life and moral values.

I think people who humiliate others in public and create a scene - they are actually showing their shitty personality to everyone and humiliating themselves without even realising it.

We often forget that "Quitting a job" is a luxury for the majority of people. Many times self respect needs to be kept aside for survival.

So true, having choice for career and job is a luxury not many can afford. And we have seen that ishqi only has this job...no one hired her in 6 months. How can she and masi survive..and where will they live?

If somebody quit job emotionally or without any 2nd thought or any other backup job then I can say its idiocy but nobody quit their job in a luxury basis..what luxury in it ?..is it any gain? but if u r not secure with ur job, always bosses bad mouth, get hard times ,all negative vibes, above all u r not happy always stressing out then definitely ppl quit the job without any 2nd thought...coz they can't take it anymore as we r humans not robots..yes preliminary have to face struggle 😫 but ultimately get confident back find a new job ..yes need money for survive ,but still we respect our values got from genetic, education and life .I am not forcing u guys to follow my thoughts but i believe these..

In this soap ishki struggles and still struggle will continue struggle but if its beyond the edges what she will do? Humiliated, insults, hardtimes from the owners who can work like this? if she smart enough she will look for another job then will quit ..as she is human not machine, again same ppl r hurting, insulting continuously so definitely she needs to stand up or tolerate..thats her choice..as she is a female lead in Indian soap she will go for tolerate option..😊but I think in this story female leads r not brave enough..look sonu! ishki, savitri, maasi ..all r same in same boat 🙄 ..cvs want to show what not interested as they r always love to portrayed women this way but fact is its not soothing to watch thats for sure ...yrs after yrs same old, same old bla bla..🙄 isnot it enough!?....

True.

This is happening right in my house, so I can relate to Ishqi to an extent

But male ho ya female. People tolerate shitty bosses till they find a new job.. anyone who wants a career does that. Tv shows main over the top dikhate hain. In reality, women have more power.. and ek complaint HR ko gayi and male bosses ki ma behen ho jayegi… people are scared of educated women these days.. itna bechaara koi nahi hota and especially Delhi ki ladki in reality ma behen kar deti Ahaan ki..no one can get you fired like that.. 😆
