I think Shagun did this to play into Anokhi’s insecurities. She heard what Anokhi said about losing everything. So she thinks that Anokhi will choose to walk away from him for her career coz of the prospectus thing. What she is not counting on is that, Shaurya will give up his position for Anokhi, but he won’t let her education suffer.

exactly my thought! i feel Shaurya will give up on his position for Anokhi. i dont think him going to Patiala will fit into it, but he will show his willingness to leave SIAC right away after Anokhi's 'badnaami' and rules and regs discussion.

By the time he returns, yeh saara kaand ho jaega college mein anokhi might get mad at him for not telling her about his family knowing about the marriage or for not talking to her when she was in trouble or maybe twins will tell about the engagement also n she'll feel betrayed that he didn't tell her about it....and she'll refuse to accept him as her husband or something 🙈

She will be upset for sure but I don’t think she will stop accepting their marriage. But if saberwals blackmails her, she might act in front of shaurya that she doesn’t accept him as husband.
