Coz knowing shurya If secret is out he will not care at all for her. So shurya chaahiye toh secret open nahi karna hai. I think she told BM he drove her to Delhi lied to us. So before things go out of hand announce the wedding ASAP

We were not shown what she told BM

Also, if it’s real then shagun will not date defame Anokhi. She could only do this when no one knows about wedding. Else Shurya will come next day and tell the truth and kick shagun out of SIAC and his house. Plus then her role will end too

I think Shagun did this to play into Anokhi’s insecurities. She heard what Anokhi said about losing everything. So she thinks that Anokhi will choose to walk away from him for her career coz of the prospectus thing. What she is not counting on is that, Shaurya will give up his position for Anokhi, but he won’t let her education suffer.

That could be possible. Anokhi might try to walk away but shaurya won’t let her go and leave Chandigarh SIAC.

But the rule talks about student and teacher but technically he is not teacher anymore he is just board member and director.
