She couldnt leave Dev because of her weird Love for him and she couldnt forgive him for cheating him for a woman she would consider way below her "level"

Best was doctor he came out no one asked him anything every1 was busy by themselves he only announced and left before Anu came ... he was too scared to face her ... I found it very funny

I think if Dev had moved on from Meethi after dumping her, (mentally) Mrs Chaturvedi would have considered it OK...but Dev was enamored with MEethi's memories..and that made her mad....he preferred a poor woman's memory over the great company of Anu😆
