Sai gets amazing dialogues and she is rebellious, she has perfect background being daughter of a policeman, she herself faced so much as a young woman and she wants to be a doctor, however I believe her aspirations should have been towards being in public sector, she would never make a good doctor but it is not her character, it is just a part added to present a character who has an ambition other than limiting herself to regular ITV "Ghar ka bedi" finding trope and being the perfect bahu who is never wrong (Oops!)
Virat already told this in GC that she needs to be patient to treat patients š I think we have to keep aside the profession of the leads here for our own sanity. She can be a social worker and I'm not mocking here. Anyways all the FLs do the same in the name of family, so why not explore that angle? Just a random thought.
So the disappointment part, I expect so much from her because her character is presented like that, someone who can't stand injustice, someone who is champion of women, someone who wouldn't give up her studies for anything
Today, I realized that she is just a Khali bartan, there's alot of noise which accompanies a khali bartan but there's no substance, there's no conclusion and there's no justice
1 She knows everything about Kaku and Co's crimes, someone who can't stand injustice wouldn't hide their crimes, but Sai became a part of their criminal deeds (Don't kill me) like Pakhi who knew that they are wrong but she never told Virat about it. Pakhi, for family's ijjat or her hatred towards Sai and Sai for a reason I can't fathom
The difference here is that Sai claims to be self righteous and is portrayed as someone who can never be wrong
The least she can do is tell Virat the whole truth and extent of their criminal deeds instead of trying to change Kaku's heart
I really fell in love with the Gadchiroli wali Sai. Instead of this crap, I'd love to see how she cope up from the harassment she faced because of Jagtap. Though we see her remember her aaba here n there..
she did go through a lot at such a young age. But since DevKit track, I kind of lost the touch with her.
2 When she sees Ashwini in an abusive relationship, she doesn't think that Ashwini should not be in this abusive relationship, her husband is raising hand on her in everyone's presence
Same Sai threatened to get Virat fired for holding her hand so she knows even holding hand roughly should not be tolerated and Virat can lose his job but she never thinks about a woman who is actually a victim of domestic violence in her house and the woman is her mother, in her words
I dont think we should expect any action against crime from this show, especially if it's family But we did see her taking stand for Ashwini multiple times. Anyways, I did post it sometime ago that I'd love to see SaiRat help aai to become independent and then let her decide if she wants to give that Vahini's devar a chance or not. But we're stuck with DevKit, like forever
3 She got Devi married to get her out of Chawan Nivas, now because she can't live peacefully, she wants Devi to be back in the place where she was abused, she wants Devi to be accepted by people whose every criminal deed involves abuse on Devi, her hus and her child
You get her married hastily to get her out of the house, now just because you think you don't have a lot of time in the house, you want her to hasten mending of her relationships with her abusers?
I don't agree that this is Devi's house and she deserves to come back to the house. No victim deserves to come back to a place where she was abused for years. If she could live with this family happily, why did Sai get her married in first place?
All it took was reminding Kaku that Devi is her daughter
Devi's home is people who love her, Virat, Aai, Mohit and Sai, they could have visited Devi and she would have been content for the time being
This track, no matter what anyone says, seemed so stupid for me. I want to send a dictionary to makers, by highlighting the meaning of abuse.
4 Virat and Pakhi's situation - I am ready for all the chappals but I have been brave for so long let me do it one more time
I have seen Sai questioning Virat about his relationship with Pakhi, she brings it up whenever they are fighting
If she believes that Virat loves Pakhi, Why's her anger directed towards Pakhi only? She is nice to Virat, she can't stand Pakhi
Both women disappoint me with their approach because they are nice to Virat but hate/dislike each other (Someone does it more and someone does it less, that's not the point)
When I feel that my husband or lover loves another woman, why would I be mean to her?
What I dislike the most is involving Samrat in this and Sai's words about Pakhi not getting a chance to spend night with her husband
Its disgusting to say the least
Okay, I've seen people saying that she's frustrated. But that sentence didnt go well with me. I just cant express how I felt! This is the same girl who continuously asked Virat to inform Pakhi about the trip, considering her feelings
To sum it up, Sai takes up a project, makes alot of noise of justice but she doesn't take it to a place where it actually makes a substantial difference
What was the point of neighborhood drama again?
I dont even want to talk about that neighborhood drama! What was that?
PS : This is about Sai
Not Virat or anyone else
