Section 306

Section 306 states that:

If any person commits suicide, whoever abets the commission of such suicide shall be punished with imprisonment of either imprisonment for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.

Irl, my friend/colleague staying alone in Delhi in a flat was getting harassed by someone at night getting messages like “aapke kapde geele ho jayenge” “ darwaza khula hai etc”

She called the cops and they took 3 hours to find her house 🤣

Abatement to suicide applies in very limited cases. If a person even commits suicide because someone rejected them, it is still not abatement to suicide. If in anger I tell you, go die and you commit suicide, still it is not abatement to suicidei. If a person is harassing you, torturing you knowing that you will commit suicide, then only that case stands in court.

I would want this case to go forward, when doctors will check Mayank's wrist they will know it is drama. Doctors are used to such drama creators fake suicide attempting people. They will identify it in a second. If Mayank is any smart, he should only stop police right there.

Noone in this show has friends except Mayank🤣 Kartik, Ishqi, Sonu, Raj -noone has friends. Ahaan has Mayank and Mayank has other luchhe friends

So many people walk out on their wedding day. Especially grooms for getting less dowry. The entire police track is absurd 😆

Itv mein itna logic istemaal hota toh baat hi kya thi😆 don't know much, But If Ahaan can call police for that sasta drama of Mayank koi bhi kuch bhi complaint karsakta hai🤪

I think someone even mentioned Mayank should be jailed as he attempted suicide and its a crime😆
