I think in last couple of days, I have been so outraged with current track, leap and now I have accepted the track. It doesn’t bother much. I will watch after leap episodes and hope to see soemthing interesting. Along with ishqaan I am also looking forward for Some new equations like Ishqi-kartik, Rhea-ishqi.

Ahaan only got softer towards Ishqi after knowing about her parents. He connected with her. But for other girls he is the same. Unless he changes for everyone, it won't be character development.

Similarly, he should not change only for Ishqi's sacrifice reason for walking out. He should be okay with any girl divorcing their husbands.

I haven’t seen Fridays or today’s episode yet - trying to prepare myself for my blood to boil.and maybe waiting to see if logic returns to the show... but I wonder if the level of subtlety and understanding of what good character development is too much to expect from Indian tv shows?
I agree with you completely and only true regret and penance and him really learning his lessons would save his character but the way this show is heading... I will only believe it once I see it! I feel they may keep any realisations only surface level and issue by issue.. That if and when he finds out what ishqi has done for his sister he will just be grateful at a surface level for saving her and be annoyed with mayank say but never question the actual principle of the issue... I.e. that no matter what the reason,Ishqi was well within her rights to break off her marriage than to get married to keep families happy etc etc.

He really needs to witness at some point mausi being abused and find out about the abuse by his dadi to his mum. Ideally these things should happen without ishqi present or telling him to be honest as she shouldn’t have to teach him everything! As Ishqi said she’s learnt to question what people are saying...but this guy has never done that it seems, honestly!
Let’s hope we do see some actual character development in a male lead for once..rather than surface level stuff of being protective/helpful and meaningful looks only...

In reality, it’s almost near impossible for someone to change their regressive thinking. It hardly happens.

I think Ahaan is a very realistic character. He’s not a bad person but there are certain things that he doesn’t understand, he’s very immature and his personality/ understanding about life, people and relationships really needs to evolve. Ahaan is not a bad person; he’s just annoying 😆

Haha this is also true that people are stuck in their beliefs -and I guess it’s frustrating to watch as he’s the hero and I don’t agree with his views at times! Completely agree that he needs to grow up in terms of his understanding of people, life etc.. but everyone around him apart from kartik are contributing to his views directly and indirectly and he of course doesn’t take kartik too seriously I guess because he thinks he’s younger?

I will accept that possibly some of the intensity of his feelings against ishqi are because he does have a guilty conscience which he’s lashing out against.

I am willing to accept slow and steady change as long as it is change...let’s see! 😆

i hope ishqki falling on ahaan feet will be a prank....

i want ishqki's character change to be more of tomboy girl.... to irk ahaan and his family members.... more of very bold and fun loving with no guilt which should burn ahaan ...

I want Ahaan to see Sonu's wedding pics where he was all teary eyed standing behind Ishqi getting married to Mayank. "I didn't give any signs" my foot he gave signs till the last second. You are such a coward AVM. Ugh so frustrating.

AVM has done whatever he has done, can't go back now but I just hope the writers will address all the points we have made about women's rights through Ahaan and he rethinks each and every thing he did to Ishqi. I hope they don't just gloss over all this because he saves her life or something in the future. I especially want someone (not karthik, maybe a police officer, someone with authority) to tell him that it was okay for her to leave the wedding for any reason she wanted and Mayank was being highly toxic for his suicide attempt.

I really hope by the end of this week this show becomes watchable, I just read written update and it was hard to read 😭

How can police arrest ishki. On what charge. She didn't do any murder or theft. Uncle got heart attack that doesn't mean she should be in jail. What sort of logic gul is showing. Anyway show must go on. So we keep ranting and watching. Otherwise how the show move forward. Positive thinking 🤪

Even mayank also still alive in hospital ... i dont know why ishqki getting arrest....
