i have seen some scenes of ravi teja. havent seen a full movie yet so my opinion may not be precise. i find him to be very similar to akshay. comedy, action and personality.
How is Ravi Teja similar to Akshay? Akshay in comedy films is usually shown as a butt of jokes himself.
While in comedy movies of Govinda or Ravi Teja, jokes are always cracked by them on the expense of other characters.
Even in action, Ravi Teja is like any other south action hero, even though here also he's very energetic. But Akshay is on a different level in action. He's a legit martial artist.
Most of the hit comic scenes of Ravi Teja were with tge legendary Brahmanandam,who could elevate any scene with his comic timing and acting. There was a time, when Ravi Teja would adjust his entire schedule according to Brahmanandam dates , and he was a must in every Ravi Tejas film. While Govinda, carried the entire comedy on his own.
Ravi Teja is called "Mass Maharaja" in South. See his fans reaction at theatre for his recent movie Krack.
