I had the same question too. Five years back the same 4BHK at Bandra would've cost him more than Rs. 30cr.

20 Crores ka toh you get in Lokhandwala the newer buildings and the suburb areas.

If its sea-facing and in Bandra (West), not less than 45 Crores.

Prices have fallen in COVID-19 times. There are many buyers but its too expensive for no reason.

And I personally wouldn't pay 20 Cr for a building on the main road, facing the slums. I''d prefer the oldler buildings in Lokhandwala, Yari Road, Juhu Tara Road and Juhu-Versova Link Rd. anyday.

As much as I love the city, Mumbai honestly isn't well-planned...the so-called Tier 2 cities are much better.
