If he doesn’t speak up and defend Anokhi, if Shagun or anyone else defames her, then I don’t think he deserves to be in a relationship with her. This is something that she asked him during the Sindhoor scene and I m sure is something that he will remember. And he will speak up and defend her. However, what would be interesting to see if how he would defend her, as a husband or using the authority of director of SIAC.
