Aren't burning tongue and eyes, watering nose, a part of human reflexes to spicy food? If your body isn't immune to spicy food, it basically a chemical reactions that is inherently triggered by the body's immune response to throw the foreign body out (the spice). How can this be controlled?

Don't think why shes giving a biology lesson here, but just wondering how could Raghav control this without showing any expression on his face. Had they shown tearing up.of eyes and nose and he still ate it I lcould easily understand it eas bcoz of love towards Pallu. I. This scene today he didn't show even one reaction to the excess mirch. IS this even plausible???🤔

Technically, the spicy taste comes from capsaicin present in some plants of chilli family. They irritate our mouth, nose and eyes, hence we experience those signs. So yes, those reflexes should be triggered

this is fictional world---anything can happen and if we stand and think behind the logic of every single action and reaction--we might not get it like Raghav's instant reaction to mirchi

but in the precap it is shown Raghav is bleeding from mouth---while allergies can cause nosebleed but mouth bleed--i don't think so

How fun it would be if they are asymptomatic and have to be in isolation in a single room.

P. S. No offense meant to people suffering with covid. I am also suffering with side effects of covid vaccine and on leave😝

And question to you doc: Of the taste disorders, are there any disorders due to which a person cannot taste spice. I remember few Dr. House episodes where there is a patient who cannot detect physical pain some other patient who cannot experience empathy.

Could our Anna be something of this sort.
