Help me finding Maneet story

Story no. 1: I don't remember it is completed or not. I just remember bits and pieces.

Maan is a doctor. Geet is a doctor too I think. The story has Dil Mill Gaye characters too, i. e. Ridhima, Armaan...

Geet suffers from a disease... I think heart patient.

Only this I remember.

Please anyone know this story do let me know.

Story no. 2: Geet and Maan meet each other in her hometown. Geet is student there, Maan comes as guest lecturer. They fall in love and get married. There is some emergency because of which Maan comes back to his home leaving Geet behind when he gets into accident. Geet gets pregnant. After months of his absence Geet comes looking for him but someone from his family insults her and send her away. Thinking Maan cheated her she leaves and settle down in Shimla. She has two children.

Years later Maneet meet each other. Their MU is cleared annd he takes her back to Delhi but different house. I think Geet is still wary of him. Maan is upset with the person who drove Geet away. I think it is his step mother/dadima/mom....not sure.
