Such a brief moment but I feel it conveyed that the bond between Aparna-Imlie is intact beneath all the layers of anger/fear/scapegoating....and I found that heartening given what awful scenes we are being put through in this track otherwise.

I especially found Aparna's initial expression to be very telling when she offered Imlie her hand....it was later that she schooled her features into a cold mask again....but that initial concern/warmth came through

Arre theek hai imlie ka banta tha thoda taane sunana kya kam bheja khaya hai didi gyaan se.. I can't emphasize enough on how happy and at sukoon they all were bina that darkness ya uska mention it's like life line pe aa gayi after ages

I think he was going for reverse psychology caz he knows she likes a challenge too and the more he will pick on her the more focus she will lagao on this then random bakwaas and also diverting her mind of crap she has been surrounded by .. also genuine babusahib being mad too tha caz he was like kya karwa rahe hi this isn't what I meant when i volunteered .. haha

I feel like another reason the family scenes were giving old days ka vibe was cuz they gave Imlie somewhat of her old hairstyle of having two zulfein framing her face😆......she was acting like normal Imlie rather than Didi jaap karne waali robot....so big relief on that front today.

I must say though that the Aparna-Imlie scene again reiterated for me ki kuch log dil se kabhi puri tarhaan nahin utar paate mainly cuz unka base build up genuine hota hai......Aparna is being horrible to Imlie right now otherwise but if what they shared wasn't real underneath it all, we wouldn't get these glimpses of the Aparna who does care for Imlie. We were never force-fed the "greatness" of Aparna-Imlie ka bond....it was natural and established with a natural vibe, that is why they can still pick up the vibe even after a gap.

Meanwhile some people still insist on forcing a so called "sisterly bond" onto us but itni forcing ke baad bhi there is nothing genuine in that arc so all the scenes fall flat and just feel immensely fake *shrugs*......you lost the short window to build something genuine and now it's just about beating a dead horse of so called "connection".....lol but sure, keep trying.

You don't know khoon diya tha didi ne ...as if imlie hasn't chukaooed that khoon ka karz by giving her thag faltu bottle of khoon back.with intrest...again point to be noted imlie genuinly was in need faltu thrill ke liye she didn't needed it..unlike devi Didi..

Anyway yeah.. they want us to be ghajni but kya karein our braincells are intact and they work and jjtne marzi random speeches of achaai de lein humari yaadasht to na jaani... so it remains What it is

Ofcourse aparna will only bhadhao her haath towards imlie aaj kal hanesha no wonder jitna marzi kadwa bol lein caz deep down asliyat usse bhi pata hai.. and her heart will.always pick warmth over doghlapanti.. it is becoming more and more apparent how she feels burdened by keeping malini on pedestal as a zimemdari an actual bhoj kisi ki Amanat for safekeeping so usko kharoch na aaye while jo apni hai woh apni rahegi.. will go through wear and tear but remain precious and prized

Kisi bhi emotional atyachaar ke bina episode dekha ke sukoon milta hai..

We needed this break and I think even Ts needed the break.

Aparna will extend her hand towards Imlie when truth will be out.. till then she will try to be 2 paise ki Anu..

BS and his taane are always highlights of their relationship.. he is just trying to push her to do better as he knows she can do better.. baki toh kal hi pata chalega..

Yes indeed, quite thankful for this event jitna bhi jaise bhi mil raha hai😆.....kal bhi as you said, some light hearted scenes on the horizon with family ka wacky dance😆

As for Adi ki bhadaas.....haha yes he saw a chance to maaro as many taunts as he can about how Imlie is poking her nose yahaan wahaan in random things rather than focusing on the important stuff😆....it did seem like she had a sense that he was deliberately nikaaloing gussa on her....lol....and yes, he definitely always feels that she knows how to do everything but nautanki karti hai logon ko tang karne ke liye😆

One could actually see her turning the switch on inside her ke nahi mujhe sakhti karni hai.. I can't show my real emotions.. it was a struggle between mind and heart.. aaj sach main dono maa bete kitne ek se hain dekhne ko mila one could see a jhalak of old adi who would care just as deeply but put a strict outlook say mean things to keep her at bay caz he knew he would pose all his control aaj wohi aoarna main bhi dikh raha tha that conscious struggle to not show much caz inlie will seep through

Also because you know who was not in the vicinity. Neither was she there nor was she mentioned except for one time I think. It is amazing how much a character can drag down the entire atmosphere.

Aparna is trying to salvage a relationship that does not exist. One that has not existed for a while. And she has turned Imlie into a constant reminder of that broken relationship however much she may want to ignore that into nothingness.

+1 on how some bonds can never break despite circumstances. Goes to show how Imlie forming those equations were genuine and not the fakeness that we otherwise got from the bahu who kept walking out. Imlie actually connected to Aparna like how a daughter would to a mother with just “chhoti kaki” despite however much someone else ended up mouthing “Maa” a zillion times.

We will be obviously subjected to scenes with a lot more humiliation but all will be well in the bigger scheme of things.

And that is so funny I watch adi ka vishwaas dekho ke imlie ko kuch seekhne sikhane ki zaroorat hai hi nahi...woh jo karti hai ek dum theek karti hai and all the learning ke liye eagerness she shows is caz usko sabko bilawajah tang karna hai 😆🤣 oh adi no usse sorf tumhein poke karna hota hai Aaron ko nahi..
