They say your true nature can't be hidden for too long......the mask slips sooner or later and reveals your true self.

Being angry and mean doesn't come naturally to Aparna😆....this much finally got proven today. She tried her best to distance Imlie from the family, again make her feel like an outsider, say mean things to her to diminish her.....but ultimately she was the one to offer Imlie a hand to get up when Imlie fell😆.

It pinched Aparna when Adi again reminded her of all the "hisaab" that Imlie is actually owed if she wants to adjust her salary😆.....it also pinched her when BK told her she's acting like AC these days (what a horror for anyone to have to be compared to😆), then her own husband also expressing disappointment in her.....lol it all got to her and a struggle began to hold on to the angry mask she had pulled to push Imlie away.

Then there is Imlie herself on the other side....lol she can't help her own nature of treating this family like her own no matter how much she claims to others ki family unki hai, she has no right on this house, this family....she's a confused aatma on this front.....lol as usual she couldn't hold herself back from jumping in to participate in the work for the charity event despite Aparna/Radha trying to keep her out of it.....her instinct is to consider this family her own, participate in it like its her own.....the rude jolts notwithstanding....lol

This continued later on also in the scene when Rupi is teaching her to dance while Adi is passing cranky commentary from the back😆.....it was cracking me up that he was going out of his way to pick a fight and showing his frustration in all its glory😆.....Imlie was giving him confused and hurt looks like she doesn't know the cause for his frustration😆....

Then once Aparna showed up again to teach Imlie how to dance under the excuse of doing this for her family ki izzat😆, Imlie again forgot to hold herself back😆....and aaraam se blurted out ki maa-bete ka daantne ka style ek jaisa hai.....saas-bahu bonding chal rahi thi aaj full on in their own roundabout ways😆......an ease crept in despite both of them trying to hold back in their own ways😆

It was nice to see their true selves peeking out through all the masks that have been pulled on for one reason or the other.

Meanwhile we all know the flip side of this equation....those who go around toting saccharine sweet masks....until the masks slip to reveal the ugliness inside from time to time😆.

Anyways, felt like talking a bit about the T family scenes today cuz after ages, the family had something to do other than obsess over you know who....so definitely a welcome reprieve😆.....and there was a ray of hope in the repairing of Aparna-Imlie's relationship today although it might just be a temporary truce for all we know.....nevertheless, I'll take it for now😆.

Rofl I can't with somebody landing in mitbi ki jholi and being pretentious af never mind that's that on that front from me...caz I can't talk more then this. Coming to the T side I was so happy to see aone familiar wale T's who are just so mast in their lives when kaala saaya is not around to lagao Graha...it was a happy reprive seeing them do something other then manao maatam..

Aparna genuinly tried to mend her oopari naargi going phussh temporally though she still tried to be strict hut one could see kinda effort lena padh raha hai the way she lapkooed to get her hand lovely moment then her teaching imlie itna genuinly .. so refreshing to see .. and the imlie not being able to co trol and masti main almost getting a half ass si hidden smile out from aparna too though she quickly showed her aankhein ke maa bete ek jaise hain ek dum😆 And her cute sa sorry in return😳

The dance teaching scene was hilarious with adi nikalooing his bhadhaas ke jaan bhujh ke nahi seekhti rofl my fav being iska dhhaan aur 10 jagah hota hai yahan kaise Hoga😆 And imlie banaooing shakal caz she got it .. and then adi ka kuch karo bhi am tired Vella bhaithe bhaitbe bhaithe and bade time baad the return of yeh jaan ke karti hai 😆 kitna acha hota hai sab jab they talk about kuch aur saala kucb bhi random .. sweet sweet bits and much needed and a welcome change of mood thankful for this event..

I loved BK ka straight you all are like AC and rofl at adi ka token oushback about jaan ka hjssab but usme i cracked up at him placing malini ki life over him ke uski family ko wohi zabaan samjh aati hai..😆 aur toh aur pankaj ji bhi disappoint ho gaye..

Haha I am looking forward to saare aadmiyon ka mast dance with imlie kal...I am.so happy aparna teaching came after her earlier taunt.. and their was a connect again between the 2 despite them not being on good terms woh was the highlight with how she came out of nowhere sabse pehle to protect and offer her hand.. woh naraaz saasu maa/maa wali protectiveness could have been seen clearly caz at heart aparna too knows she is being unreasonable..

Imlie using her brain and offering a solution and getting credit for it was good too

The sundar imlie scene as always moodlifter..

Gash was looking Hawt in Pink as you can tell.. that is what caught my eye and that lagao price of Malini's life followed by mine...

Nice WU AY on the Tripathis after ages. I liked this epi a lot as in it was not centered around you know who must not be named...and her sacrifice 😆

So Dd did make good her escape to PD and this was a reboot of when Imlie left for PD but Adi caught her.. not so lucky .. as Imlie missed her or got khanfused.

Give us the daily Imlie-Sundar banter.. this is so refreshing and get to see the bubbly Imlie, will take this one anyday over the mopey one we have been getting. She also gets to vent out a bit and gets relief as she is undergoing an emotional turmoil now. ❤️

Looks like the college track is on hold for now or closed.. as there is no mention of that at all. Adi too seems to have stopped going to the office and is at home a lot these days... Imlie one of the reasons..🤣

The buildup to the dance for the charity was nice and as you noted in your post, the masks are slipping.

Aparna was rude and insulted Imlie by offering her a salary, she the one who considered her like her beti and loved her to bits was that rude. Going against her generous warm nature to one that is rude n insulting is hard to maintain. Think her facade started cracking when Adi said pls put a price tag for Malini's life first and then mine, if not for Imlie, both of us would not be alive n well today. The next sting from Pankaj who compared her to Anu..oh my maata.. the comment pricked Apu a lot and Radha too.

Loved BK who again called out the ladies treatment of Imlie, who wanted to shush her and send her away into the kitchen.

Destiny or sheer chance in play to bring Mithi and Dd face to face... it was lovely to see Mithi smiling and happy. As for the Desai lawyer, hmm confiding to the C's about the D, Anu unfazed at the news of KC n the supposed affair.. she is made of something else entirely..

IT was hilarious to see Adi watching Imlie trying to dance and Rupi was doing the moves so gracefully. The frustrated and sadu was back in force.. and Imlie giving him the hurt puppy dog eyes... awwww....

The thawing of Apu who gave a hand to Imlie was nice. I think in the BTS there was a shot of Apu who was watching the dance from the sidelines.. that got chopped out I think..

Imlie commenting both maa beta lagaoes daant in the same manner was telling, she knows them well. We will see the fun dance tomorrow.. with BK and his atrangi steps..

It was definitely a lighter episode overall so I’m glad for the reprieve even if it’s temporary. Rona toh hai hi by the end of this week 😆

Devi ji ke liye hum jaise aam logon ke paas ab kahaan shabd bache hain. Jai ho Devi ki, Jai ho.....aaj phir se personality flip maar liya and we are expected to buy her sweet act thinking about Imlie's selflessness😆......kuch din pehle ghaas charne gayi thi "selflessness" when she was like Imlie khud bhaag gayi hogi, usko kyun dhundne jaana? LOL others are welcome to whitewash and forget Didi ke kaands....humse na hoga 😆....kya karein, kambakht memory retention naam ki cheez hai hum mein😛

And to reiterate the main point of the thread today.....itna sab hone ke baad bhi Aparna ne haath badhaya Imlie ki taraf......Didi ne aaj tak resentments ke ilava kya diya hai Imlie ko? This is what we are expected to buy as "sisterly"....lol sure sure.

Sundar-Imlie scenes were fun to watch with bandariya for bandar. 😆Bechara Sundar ka reaction was so light-hearted!😆

Good to see an event where Imliya's skill came in handy but what a shame for Aparna & Radha to alienate her by giving a list of hisaabs that they feel like returning.

For the sake of family, at least we can get to witness a guru-shishya relationship even though there is friction present in their relationship. Par, Imliya ka reaction was fun lekin jab tatkaar kari ti (technically, this is a warm up before any dance items are practiced). 😆Almost chakar khake confusiya hogai jhalli ji.

Nice light hearted episode today. My favorite line was when Imlie said both mom and son scold her the same way 😆 I thought Apu would get mad at Imlie after she makes everyone dance crazily acc to the SBS segment 😆 but I was wrong- so we will get more happy dancing tomorrow😆

As MB suggested in the other thread, Meethi will know didi as masterni - I do not think she will know her name is Malini yet- let’s see what we get there this week 😆
