The concept of villany does not exist in Bollywood anymore or even in cinema in general anymore. Mostly everybody is simply a character in the movie and mostly all are shown to be grey characters. There is no more absolute concepts of good and bad which I am thankful for. There is no more need of a larger than life villain like Mogambo and Chhpan Tikli characters. Now the hero can be the villain in reel life too so basically they get to play their real life on screen 🤣(Again not all but most heroes are horrible people and the so-called villains are the gentle and kind-hearted ones).
There are hardly any author backed character roles given and the whole movie revolves around one central character with others just two-bit roles.
