Imlie basically doesn't even know what she wants out of life now....you're talking about the Imlie from way back who had a clear stance on marriage for herself....lol she never really imposed it that much on others....and in Malini's case, she has been witness firsthand to Malini ki despogiri over Adi and how there is nothing in Didi ki life other than fixating over Adi.....so she is probably thinking that a woman who has only ever built her identity around a man will probably need another man to feel happy😆. Woh Imlie thodi na hai jo kabhi bhi apne hi pyar ko laat maar ke bhaagti rahe back to PD😆.

Imlie isn't interested in giving Didi life gyaan....she is going by Didi ki past history of needing a man to be happy😆....so wohi instant solution being applied again😆

Now we are being force-fed an Imlie who is trying to dictate both Adi's as well as Malini's lives.....and this is not the Imlie we fell in love with.

This is contrivance wala phase to keep Adi-Imlie in limbo yet again as they chalaao Didi related jo bhi tracks hain. So it is futile to expect either Imlie or Adi to make sense right now. Imlie of course sounds the more delusional and moronic of the two right now but such mild reactions from Adi over Imlie being made to sleep in the kitchen again show that writers want to keep this in limbo in a contrived manner even if it doesn’t align with the character progressions so far.

This is why it’s funny to hear Imlie mouthing token lines about how they have moved forward cuz she is not alone now, Adi is with her 😆....umm how exactly? She herself didn’t want to come to T house with him. She is still calling Malini the rightful bahu of the house 😆....so how is all this “progression”? Bullshit is what it actually is and the writers think we will buy these token lines? 😆

Anyways even if they want to do all these contrived behen prem and mahaan sacrificial tracks, the bare minimum they can do is not make Adi Imlie talk to each other like polite strangers 😆....even in private they talk to each other like mausam ka haal puchh rahe hain 😆....ya bas wohi mariyal faces being made at each other.

Adi ka toh chalo phir bhi thoda bahut nazar aata hai his tadap for Imlie even as they are going through another round of truth revelation delay but Imlie is never shown thinking about him, never shown feeling a pull towards him....so ghanta aage badhe. Lol Adi ka saath wala angle toh has been going on from the time he gifted the sindoor to her....nearly 2 months back 😆....so what’s new progress there as Imlie is trying to claim?

Basically sab bakwaas kar rahe hain is waqt and kisi ke dialogues mein conviction nahin hai. Especially Imlie’s. They have failed to balance her guilt about Malini with her love for Adi. They’ve made her simple minded to the point where it seems too much work for her to ever reflect on Adi or their own relationship as if it’s still something to be “ashamed” of. And if that is indeed the case, have the guts to atleast show her saying that much also rather than doing yeh roz ka faltu gol mol about how this Rishta is just SM ka aashirwad for her, baaki toh iski bas Didi hain, naukar banke ghumne mein khushi milti hai when she herself gave big bhaashans last time ki main naukrani banke nahin aaungi

Writers forget their own script and then try to give us pravachans about how Imlie is “above all this” 😆. We weren’t born yesterday. Mehh.

Just caz adi randomly says bhaitho kaam poora ho gaya .. imlie will make a sadi shakal give a bhashan and leave matlab khuda ke liye meherbaani karo.. they know their truth so can they be a bit more understanding and calm with each other when they are weathering a storm outside.. a basic no you are not.sleeping in kitchen a confrontation or heck woh sab chodo he himself dropping her to didi ka room given that didi knows truth and now I assume adi knows didi knows.. caz he was like woh bura nahi maanegi ( too much to clarify) hai like itna least itna bottom line bhi kuch nahi dikha rahe ke agar khud nahi kar sakte toh he takes help of rupi ke didi tum jaanti ho tum rakh lol none of it deserves koi extra effort to make bohat hi simple baatein hain but the ones that make a world of difference or that he has seen BK ka pyaar and jhukhao go talk to him on Human level agar sach nahi bata sakta ke aapko yeh sabi theek lagta hai how are we different then AC.. but nahi woh toooo tooo much screenspace being taken away hai from didi.. these are the tiniest of things to get her the izzat he promised and kuch toofan nahi aa jaayega na didi ki zindagi main na inki main by showing but woh ek basic connect to characters maybe rahega ke saamne se nahi toh indirectly support hai maybe the lame this has progressed would make sense then .. but nah...*sigh*

+1000. This is exactly the major reason for disconnect with Imlie. Imlie has always lived by following the motto live & let live. But now she is just forcing her decisions on Adi & now even Dementor Didi. She would have never forced Adi to stay with Dementor Didi, she would have given her own opinion, then respected Adi's opinion as well. But now that they have to prop Dementor Didi ka character both Adi & Imlie are butchered so that their relationship comes back to square one.

There is no justifying the bullshit that Imlie's character is right now....people are grasping at straws if they think they can justify this😆.

I am not sure anymore if this was because she respected others independence or because she did not have the power to compel others according to her whims. From what is shown, since realized her hold over Aditya, she had been constantly trying to compel him to stay with Malini even when he said usko ghutan horaha hai. She was even happy flirting with him behind her didi's back. Was this for didi's khushi as she claimed or was it for her own khushi because she was not ready to face her feelings of guilt?

Even now she is not forcing her views on Malini. She is keeping her relation with Adi on indefinite hold because she has power to do so. Again is this because she wants Malini didi happy as she claims or is it to assuage her guilt and because she is not yet ready to reveal to the family that she is Aditya's wife?

Tbh imlie ka stand is not clear about didi either ke pyaar koi aur hai ke nahi ya sirf she wants to prove ke didi only loves adi .. more towards the later..
