I don't get this forum. There were so many people who watched Radhe from this forum itself DESPITE the shitty trailer and very few people who would watch an Ajeeb Dastans or a Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar.

Then we complain about Salman Khan.

Admit it or not, he's the reason you watched Radhe. And you're the reason he's thriving.

The double standards by some are mind-boggling!

Saudagar was one of Dilips best.

Even though his 80s movies were blockbusters, and stories revolved around him, he used to take less screen time. These old heroes with huge fanbase need to follow the same. Work with newbies, leave the romance bit entirely to the young boy costars, and stop appearing on every frame of their movies. Salman was like in every single scene in Bharat. It is painful on the eyes to see his vfxed face for 3 long hours. It's not like they are good actors and the movie is The Old Man and the Sea.

"He wants to write the lyrics of the film."

"He wants to correct the music of the film."

"He wants to write the script too."

This forum itself is a microcosm of the way we view cinema. It's all about numbers, numbers and numbers, not artistic merit. So long as that exists, Salman is not going anywhere.

Who the heck has expected him to either look good or act good in the last 15 years?

He's been surviving on masala and that works for pretty much everyone, even the likes of Tiger Shroff. And now he's failing in even the absolute safest genre - remakes and successful franchises. Race was a highly enjoyable franchise which he came and ruined and then his chamchas bragged about how much money it made. It already had a famous name so people were obviously going to check it out.

Then he ruined his own franchise Dabang and flopped. Now with Radhe, he screwed up a remake of a successful movie which has already proven it has a story that people like. Antim is a South remake, isn't it? It's gonna flop too and it will be a bad movie also.

He has the Tiger franchise now which has a chance but you never know with Manish Sharma at the helm. Good movie maybe but chances it won't appeal to his crappy masala audience.

All he has to do is reduce the budget for his remakes and sell them to OTT. He can make another ten Radhes for Zee/Hotstar/Amazon. He can easily make millions without changing anything major.

Antim is a remake of Marathi blockbuster film, 'Mulshi Pattern' making it in 5 languages, so sallu is gonna earn money😕

salman needs to sit down and get his shit together, he is not a director, musician, cinematographer, writer, casting director and should stop casting his talentless family members in all of his movies, if he wants his family to get paid, maybe he should invest in other business venture for them that dont involve his movies.
