Kirti's description for what kind of a person Navyam is and Mayank's conclusion of a rich, professional pervert was just perfect.. 😆

Loved how Kirti tried to scare the squad leader away.. and the diligent driver too! 😃

But looks like this squad leader is made of sterner stuff! 14 chapters me itni baatein isne kisi se nhi ki, jitni voh Kirti se karta hai! 😳 He's always seeking her out... crush? Curiosity? Pata nhi..

But he remembers what she said about the handsomest man in the room! 🤣 Cutie!!♥️

Kirti, got engaged for dadi, now got married for her, though most likely precipitated by what happened at Nishit's place. My heart goes out to her, an engagement would've been easier to get out of, a marriage not so much. Mayank's folk always had an eye on her, one reason being that she would care for the little girl Radha. Everybody has their reasons.

Ahilya doesn't feel like the mother of two kids does she? Absolutely no filial emotions, on the contrary sees the daughter as competition. Something doesn't add up.

This really has become an edge of the seat thriller for us!

The first day in the life of the married couple felt awkward with a capital A. I feel sorry for Mayank too. If he really loved/had crush on Kirti (which now I doubt if he ever did), he wouldn't have wanted to marry her like this. I think he is leaving for Pune because he wants to give her some space. They shared such a lovely relationship before. I remember his pep talk to Kirti in the earlier episodes and the bike ride to Navyam's office in rain. They were so comfortable with each other. And then we have today! You are right, getting out of the marriage would be difficult. Parents is a big issue, but what if one of them starts developing feelings but the other doesn't? I am also worried about how it will affect Kirti's friendship with Shruti.

Ahilya, I think lacks the ability to feel empathy or attachment for others, including her own kids. Maybe there is a clinical name for such conditions. It was once mentioned in older chapters that she had some mental issue. She is sharp & witty which shows she has a intelligent brain, but she probably doesn't have a heart 😳

This one, I totally agree with. I always felt bad for the way the sweet little girl was treated in the family. Yet she seemed to find her own joys in small things. If only she could have also found fatherly love in the person who was her torch bearer the other day 😆

I have a feeling he was Nishit's classmate or maybe a senior in college and they seem to know each other from before. Could be one of the guy who threw the paper plane at her in college? The way Hardiik said the above lines it felt like he has been harboring a one-sided crush from a long time

So Ragini did get Nishit a tortoise and even named him Atmaram. So sweet.

I did not know Atmaram is a tortoise. When was this mentioned? And what is more interesting is that Nishit gave in to that dhamki Looks like Atmaram is very dear to him. Tortoise Atmaram and hare Sylvestor. Interesting!!

In chapter 26, Ugly, Raagini says she is going to Assam and Nishit asks her to get a Tortoise from there for him as a gift and name it Atmaram.

While Kirti had lot of misadventures with animals, Nishit has lots of them as pets.

@Priya. You are right everybody has self interest. Maybe Shruti is right Mayank has a crush on Kirti. So if Kirti ever wants to get out of this marriage it will not be easy or will not happen.

Rimjhim makes Kirti wary .. something happened in the past so she never wanted to visit Nishit parents residence. Spewed nonsense and Kirti is holding on to it

@bold - The more I think of it, the more I feel it was just something Shruti assumed. Or maybe there was a phase in which he was attracted to Kirti, but later grew out of it. Shruti had to literally push Mayank to dance with Kirti on Karuna's birthday bash. And Mayank's first reaction at Kirti's real marriage proposal was a blatant "No". But again, when Kirti had showed up at his doorstep with the "fake" proposal, she had said "You want to marry me?" So maybe he was/is interested in her.

Nishit seems to have a good bond with Raagini. And that also seems to always rub Tejas in the wrong way.

I think the bond shared between Nishit and Raagini seems to be the unselfish kind, from their interactions all through and particularly can be seen in chapter 26.

Nishit has had expectations from everyone including his parents or sister. But I feel it's Raagini who sees him for who he is without expectations and vice versa.

True that he was forced to dance with Kirti. Plus their interactions has always been of like friends who know each other well and are comfortsnle with each other.

He always disliked Tejas. Could be because he understood that Tejas was not a good friend

Or that he has always known that Kirti does not reciprocate his feelings and likes Tejas. hence the decline to marry her. 😉

Ps. Hardiik is an engineer according to Ahilya..so maybe he knows Kirti from her Polytechnic days?

I read Chapter 26, and it's such a sweet sweet chapter; considering the heartbreak that we are going through at the moment.

Tejas doesn't like Nishit's bonding with his step-mom and he has the gall to say Nishit is jealous of his proximity with Rimjhim.
