Hardiik though cannot contain his laughter. He likes you. In a non creepy way he wanted me to add. His creepiness is reserved for the story. Off the pages, he wants to let you know, he's a total charmer.

When I think of Urmi, I think of Malaika Arora (maybe because of her current bf 😛)

Why are Hardiik and Ahilya spying on Kirti, and Nishit so much?

Hardiik kind of feels like a "Sutradhar" of this story and somehow he knows more about the characters than any other person in the story.

‘I wished I had. I wish I could,’ He whispered inaudibly. ‘But I had no chance. I was too late. Too many years.’

What does Hardiik mean by the above line?

Ahilya said that her ex husband's soul would be lamenting seeing Kirti's actions. Yes his soul would be crying but not for what Kirti did, but for him enrolling Kirti in that stupid school.

Kirti got married to Mayank!!! 😲😒

Why did Kirti take such a decision?

Kirti has always taken decisions on an impulse, mostly as a abrupt reaction to what Tejas or Sana or Nishit or Shruti have said or done and now, this time it was Rimjhim. And all the times she has suffered due to her actions.

Unfortunately this time her decision is big and it has essentially ruined her life. Fine, she could have distanced herself from Nishit but what was the need to marry like this.

Gauri, me too always imagined Ahilya to look like Malaika Arora. You remember the first time we met her in the story, she was wearing tight yoga pants and was returning from gym. Her description immediately made me imagine her to look like Malaika.

So Ragini did get Nishit a tortoise and even named him Atmaram. So sweet.

GN, can you please add links to the chapter titles (recent ones) in the first page. It would easier to go back for reference.

Mhmm... no, sadly no hairdryer gifts!

It was around the end of academic year, a slow day at school.. there were just 10-15 students in class, I guess! During lunch hour, some genius came up with the idea of enacting Sholay's Sharabi scene.

The Sharabi, yours truly climbed up on the paani ki tanki (the last bench near the back door of the classroom), spouting nonsense. A friend pointed behind me.. I was expecting my Basanti, so took a big swig of daaru from my water bottle and turned to find the math teacher right behind me, arms on hips, eyebrows raised! There was no way she was getting out dry from that one!! 😆

I wish aap hoti tab mujhe advice karne.. I was worried she'd detain me or something! A hairdryer sounds like a smart idea 😳

I was so glad when I passed her class.. never attempted to even look back for fear of offending her! 🙈🙈

Dimple Kapadia used to be the older desirable object of fancy for many young guys, so Ahilya could be her too!!

Kirti, got engaged for dadi, now got married for her, though most likely precipitated by what happened at Nishit's place. My heart goes out to her, an engagement would've been easier to get out of, a marriage not so much. Mayank's folk always had an eye on her, one reason being that she would care for the little girl Radha. Everybody has their reasons.

Ahilya doesn't feel like the mother of two kids does she? Absolutely no filial emotions, on the contrary sees the daughter as competition. Something doesn't add up.

This really has become an edge of the seat thriller for us!

Yes, getting out of a marriage is not going to be easy at all. And what reason will she give Mayank, his family and herself?

Kirti even lost the friend she had in Mayank. Now they both feel awkward around each other.

I think the happiest person is probably Radha today. She found motherly love finally.

@Kavi I too noted Hardiik musing about being too late..to pursue Kirti. Dont like Kirti biological mother or her companion. So skipped it. The two have too much time on hand or have an axe to grind with Aggarwal's or she is really a female cougar.

@Priya. You are right everybody has self interest. Maybe Shruti is right Mayank has a crush on Kirti. So if Kirti ever wants to get out of this marriage it will not be easy or will not happen.

Rimjhim makes Kirti wary .. something happened in the past so she never wanted to visit Nishit parents residence. Spewed nonsense and Kirti is holding on to it

I have this question too. Earlier I assumed Hardiik is doing it for Urmi, but I guess he also has some vested interest in Nishit. Or maybe because he wants to keep his enemy closer 😉 Urmi said he has a history of spying, so it could just be a hobby

I thought he was bluffing to Urmi when he had said Nishit proposed marriage in previous chapter. But he wasn't. Nishit had actually proposed and Kirti had declined.
