Haan but i guess that discomfort was not because of him but because she loved him and he was following her not letting her go and it must be difficult to see him in a lot of pain.

Anokhi is his happiness, he loves her so much that it hurts him when she breakup with him. He feels he loosing his heart so much pain at that point of time , so when he feels he is losing her he puts sindoor .
